This spacious three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome blends modern convenience with a warm mountain feel. Guests love the cozy living room with its gas fireplace and 65-inch Roku TV, the bright open layout, and the panoramic views that fill the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, and the indoor dining table seats eight comfortably.

The private balcony deck is a guest favorite. With cushioned lounge seating, outdoor dining for eight, and a million-dollar view of Pikes Peak, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, reading a book, or relaxing after a day of adventure.

Sleeping arrangements include:

Primary Suite: King bed with ensuite bath (shower only)

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Simply Amazing!

This was the perfect place for our family of five! The townhouse was spacious and very clean, with comfortable furnishings and beautiful decor. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! The house was equipped with lots of extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the owners was great. We have stayed in a number of rental properties over the years and this is by far the best!

Perfect Stay!

We were impressed before we ever arrived, due to the extensive communication from the owner. When we did arrive, that only grew! The townhome is exactly as shown on VRBO. They also provided snacks and some toiletries! I’ve stayed at VRBOs before, and this is by far the best! The location is perfect for all activities in the Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs area. I highly recommend and know we will be back! In addition, I recommended this property to a friend today!

Perfect home for two couples

We were two couples traveling for a quick weekend trip. The house was a great location west of the springs. The house provided for each couple to have their own bathroom and bedroom space while also providing a cozy and comfortable common space. The home provided all the creature comforts one needs, along with a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, some snacks, tea and coffee. Additionally stocked with games, childrens toys and a pack-n-play. While we didn’t use all of the items provided, we were impressed by the detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts.

Woodland Park Condo

This was a beautiful condo with a beautiful view. The condo was spotless and well equipped. Our group consisted of 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. We appreciated the large dining tables both inside and on the deck. Check in was easy. John, the host, was quick to answer any questions and checked in with us frequently. I would not hesitate to return to this property or recommend it to others.
