The Space:
Enter a lightâfilled living area with vaulted ceilings, comfy seating, board games, and a stone fireplaceâperfect for relaxing after a day on the trails. The openâplan kitchen boasts modern appliances, plenty of cookware, & a Keurig coffee station. Sliding doors lead to a furnished deck with grill, dining table, and fire pit overlooking a wooded yard.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, enâsuite bath, and private deck access. The second bedroom offers two twin bedsâgreat for kids or friends. Both bathrooms are sparkling clean with premium towels and toiletries.

- đ Free parking in driveway and secure garage for bikes & gear
- đł Large yard bordering the Tweety Bird Trailâstep out and ride!
The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring Bella Vista and Bentonville. Youâre about 15â20Â minutes from attractions and shopping. The nearest airport is Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA), roughly a 35âminute drive.
