This 3 Bedroom Tidewater Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from the privacy of your own balcony. Encounter the most comfortable beach setting within a short walk to Pier Park.
The condo offers 1950 sq. ft and 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All the furniture and appliances are brand new, just purchased January 2018, creating the ultimate comfort for everyone enjoying it. The kitchen is well stocked and just remodeled with everything needed for a home made meal.
The living room is very roomy, so everyone can sit together and enjoy the breathtaking views. The unit has a full size washer and dryer.

everything was good except, no wash rags and you could have left a few more dishwasher rags and something to scrub pans with would have been great , also there is a nail at the bottom of the left hand side of the sofa that tore my grandson up and something to pans with would have been great

Will not return

AC filter missing and mold and did not cool. The carpet in the clothes was dirty. The mattress needed replacing Along with pillows, towels, couches and couch cushion. Need nice chairs outside tubs stained and no door on the shower only a curtain. The door would not shut. I would not used the washer and dryer because the area was so dirty. Also it needs paint job! Worse place I have paid to stay in. Never again

Where do I start , the room was ok to a point , stuff needs to be up dated for sure , bar stools were old and rusted , living room table wheels was broke , beds were ok I guess , but the elevator’s being out was absolutely terrible !!! I paid so much money for sub par at best stay !! Waited 35-45 minutes up to almost an hour on the elevator !! Not good !! So never again !! They should have had them fixed before allowing that many people to stay in one place so that’s why the title says never again. !! After I paid extra money for early check-in, it was absolutely terrible again never again thanks thanks

Elevators

The actual condo itself is nice and in a very good location. But the elevator situation was beyond ridiculous. The two elevators on the end of each side did not work at all. Going out at night was a nightmare. You would wait 30 to 45 minutes just to get an elevator down to the bottom floor.

Beautiful room

The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only complaint is the elevator system, and this is on the resort itself. We were on the 23rd floor. Definitely pack your car the night before you leave and start heading down to check around 8.

Room and everything was really nice.

The only exception was the check in and elevators were horrendous. Apparently everyone’s check in is the same time and only 2 people checking everyone in which took forever. Most of the elevators seemed to not work at different times and the wait to use them was 30 minutes or longer. When they had a staff member working them everything seemed to go smoother.

The condo itself was spacious and great floor plan.

The problems we had inside the condo was the furniture being dirty,along with the carpet. The bed sheets was dirty.As in i could still smell the cologne from a man.the door leading to the terrace, meaning the sliding track was very dirty like mold was setting in. Need to really have someone who really going to keep up your property.Not to tell the guests we are welcome to use the washing machine. That is a negative when i am on vacation. It should have been cleaned. Wouldn't stay at this unit again..Then the weather was terrible. Wasn't allowed to even change the date.Not cancel, just change to a later date,when we seen that the weather was bad in Florida.

This unit was clean, very specious, and had a beautiful view to the ocean! It had everything we needed and the owners were very nice and helpful with any questions we had. We will be staying here again!

Not a pleasant stay

Pro - The property location is good. Closer to the pier. The apartment has security and front office open all the time. Cons The chairs in the balcony are broken. Bathrooms were not clean, especially master bathroom behind the wash it’s really dirty. Extra pillows and sheets provided were very old and dusty. Washing machine was not working. I called in the emergency number for help and no one answered or called back. The owner responded to email after couple of hours - by then we fixed the issue ourselves. Overall would not recommend this property.

Missing Forks and Remote Batteries

Could not get living room TV working. Got master bedroom TV working until we plugged in a CPAP machine (not turned on) and blew the breaker. Finally found the panel and reset it and bedroom TV came on. Couldn’t get the living room TV working until we found that none of the remotes had good batteries and one had none. Kitchen only had 3 forks (for 6 people in a 3 bedroom condo)

We had a wonderful time. Overall wonderful place to stay. Pillows and towels need replacing though. Towels are old and pillows were flat.
