Fairview Cottage, Steps from Mother's Beach in Kennebunk

The cottage is just steps from the beach, golf course and a short distance to restaurants and shops. Fairview cottage is located off of Beach Ave., and is approximately 200 yards from Mothers Beach, KBIA and the Webhannet golf course. The home has been professionally decorated with three bedrooms, one bath, living room, kitchen, flat screen TV’s, sonos sound system.

The three bedroom house sleeps 6: master bedroom has a King bed, addditional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with twin beds. There is also a washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor grill, flat screens tv and high speed wireless internet throughout.

Parking passes for Kennebunk beach are also provided as well beach chairs and a wagon to bring your stuff to the beach.

Perfect Visit

We had a wonderful visit to Maine on our return stay to the cottage. Perfect location to the beach and so many of our favorite spots. We will certainly be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairview Cottage! Nicole was very communicative and helpful. We were very pleased with the whole stay. Cozy, clean house with plenty of space for our family and we enjoyed walking the beach every day. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for three longtime friends to stay

Three college friends, who met 40 years ago had a great weekend at Fairview cottage! We enjoyed the proximity to beaches, and the great area to walk. The three bedrooms had very comfortable beds which we enjoyed! It was a great visit and hope to return!

Great rental property near the Kennebunk beaches. Very clean and cozy. The property had everything we needed and the location was great. Only 5 mins to Kennebunkport and a short walk to the beach.

Clean and Cozy Cottage near the Beach

We enjoyed our long weekend at this property in Kennebunk. The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is a short (2 block) walk from the beach and a 5 minute drive (or 2 mile walk) from the village center which has numerous shops and restaurants.

Cozy family-friendly escape

Kennebunk Beach Getaway

Mother’s Day getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway!

This home is perfectly situated, with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. It is sparkling clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is perfect whether you’re cooking, bringing in, or just passing through! Mother’s Beach is just steps away, and Gooch’s is less than a mile down the road. A terrific home that we look forward to visiting again soon!
