When you work up an appetite, fire up the gas grill and treat guests to an al fresco meal at the outdoor dining table. The kitchen comes equipped with updated, stainless steel appliances to handle at-home meals, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's ample seating between the island dining counter and eat-in nook.

Great spot, reasonable price

Great spot that was more affordable than others. Check in was difficult as gate code and door code given were incorrect. Quick responses from host got us in after few minutes. Place was clean and nice. Would stay again!

Stunning Stay

This Property is absolutely stunning and located in the absolute best location. We could not have asked for anything better. Parks, restaurants, shopping all in close proximity. The level of elegance is top tier. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Kissimmee.

Looks can be deceiving

The pictures online made this place look very nice, and it would have been, had it been kept up with as far as cleanliness goes. The walls, especially in the bathrooms and bedrooms, were filthy. Marks and stains all over them. It was so off putting. All of the fabric surfaces such as headboard, benches, couch etc. had stains all over them which is also extremely off putting. The area rug needs to be thrown out as it is so dingy and old and the same goes for the carpet in the bedroom and up the stairs. There should not be carpet in a vacation rental, especially if there is a high volume of renters. The entire place needs a fresh coat of paint and some updates as far as furniture goes. The sheets on the beds felt like sandpaper and the beds themselves were so hard and uncomfortable. Time to refresh the towels as well. This place was not what we were expecting at all. It’s owned by a big corporation that clearly doesn’t care about the small details, but could definitely afford to make the necessary updates and upgrades to make this place an enjoyable place to stay. It’s very unfortunate that we paid so much money to stay in a place that did not meet our expectations and actually made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.

Great Home Rental - Not the greatest contact to host

Everything was great for majority of the trip. House is shown exactly what you will walk into. Super clean. Great parking. However.. I was locked out of the house for 12 hours and NO ONE could be reached. I was given (3) new codes, and NONE of them worked. Bad contact. But home was great.

It Got the Job Done

If you need a bed and bathroom for your stay, this place will do that for you. In over 10 years of using VRBO I have never left anything but kind and uplifting reviews as I support people and their business. This time I need to leave some honest feedback so this property will improve. In order to check in you need a gate code. I never was provide one that worked. I repeatedly asked VACASA (that’s who the owners used for property management) and was never given a working code. So every time I needed to enter the gated community I had to wait for a security guard. It was very inconvenient, especially when you come back from a theme park and have to wait for someone to let you in. The AC in the house was set at 70 and 71 degrees and you couldn’t change that. It would have been fine if you had good blankets. However they had very cheap blankets on the beds that didn’t keep us warm enough. I again asked for help, but no assistance was provided. I finally bought some additional blankets at the Walmart nearby. Last, one of the restrooms in the twin bed rooms had plumbing issues and wouldn’t work. I asked for help and never got any. Fortunately I was able to fix that issue. Issues happen and the place could be great. Unfortunately, the lack of anyone helping was really disappointing. Would we stay here again. Absolutely no.

Very nice!

I have stayed at other Magic Village properties, and this is the first time staying at Views, and this was just as nice as the other ones, this seems to be a newer build too. Very convenient and close to Disney.

Perfect home close to the parks

With 4 bedrooms, this home was perfect for our group of 7. There is a king bed, queen bed and two rooms with sets of twins. All of the bathrooms had bidets which I thought was a nice touch. The patio is very nice with enough seating for everyone and a nice gas grill. We all had plenty of room to spread out and loved all the barstools in the kitchen area so we could hang out while others were cooking. We will definitely stay in this home again.
