Spacious lakefront home near DisneyWorld, Margaritaville and Orlando attractions! Relax after a long day at one of the attractions or simply spend the day lounging at your private pool. Your comfort during your stay is very important to us. We cater to discerning guests that value clean, comfortable and a "luxury" type feel. We will communicate with you prior to your arrival and once you arrive to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction. Absolutely no more than 8 ppl and parties are not allowed. Swimming in the lake is not permitted. There is an additional charge for pool heat. Please request a quote as we can offer discounts for longer stays and/or warmer weather.

Came to Kissimmee to reconnect with family. House was spacious enough to entertain for an afternoon and for the 7 of us who were actually staying there to spread out and relax after busy outings and long traffic waits.

Great location and stay

The house is very nice and has a great view of a lake. It is well stocked with what is needed to cook and have a very comfortable stay. Lisa is very quick to respond to questions and help where she can. The location is great, so close to Disney and stores/restaurants to make your Disney holiday easy and fun.

Perfect Disney Home

This was the perfect place for my family. We had a great time in the pool and the travel to and from Disney was super easy. Restaurants and shopping were also really close and convenient. If you are going to Disney, this is the place to stay.

Great home!

Home is located in a very wonderful well kept neighborhood. Spacious home for our family. Screened in pool was perfect! Close to nearby shopping and dining. We had a great stay! Lisa the host is the best!

Great spot in a quiet neighborhood

Had a nice stay and drove to Universal from the house. Was less than 25 minutes to the park even with traffic.

Wonderful House!

The place was perfect! Lisa was very communicative and accommodating to our requests! Very close to Disney World, and even closer to restaurants/entertainment at Margaritaville Resorts! The house was clean, had everything we needed, the pool was perfect temperature, even for night and morning swims, and we even caught several large bass! We would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful property close to Disney

House was in a nice neighborhood close to the Disney parks. Very well maintained and extremely clean. We could not ask for a better place to lay our heads at night away from the parks. 10/10 would recommend.

Stay at property

The property matched its description and photos as advertised. It was clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The area in which it is located is nice and safe. The host Lisa was great with communication and making sure I need were met. I would definitely book it again and recommend it to others.

Nice house for a group stay

Nice house. Comfortable with lots of room. From master you can clearly hear the highway. Second single bedroom upstairs appeared to be a full size and not a queen size bed. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway!

From beginning to end, our trip was perfect! Our host answered any questions we had within the hour! The house was clean, quiet and the pool was a great relief on those 97-degree days! Plenty of towels, a great kitchen and living room to hang out on our days we were not in the park. We are already planning our next trip and intend it to be here! Thank you so much!!

Great location

This was our first time using VRBO and it was a good experience. The location is great, close to the Disney parks and Universal Studios. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with the owner was great. The home was clean, but could use a little updating. The decor and flooring was dated. It suited our needs though. Everyone enjoyed the pool after a long, hot day at the parks.

Everything was exactly how it was described and listed. Lisa called and went over all the details and the day before we received all of our check in information. House was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and relaxing. A lot of space!

Exactly as advertised. Our host Lisa stayed in contact and was very accessible. Let us know when the ac stopped and got it going right back on july 4th. Above and beyond. Near the parks and restaurants. Everything is close by. Pool was our saving grace with the kids. Even fished in pond. Kitchen was stocked well with cooking items. Every need was thought out. Great rental !!

A perfect home from home

Our first time in Orlando with our children, aged 12 & 10. This house was the perfect base for all of the theme parks and a great way to get away from the action for a bit of peace and quiet. I think it's the quietest place I have ever stayed in on holiday and , let's face it, you need your rest in Orlando!! We ate in a lot and found the Winn Dixie supermarket very convenient. We also liked the DVD rental machine next to it!! Of course, there are also loads of restaurants within a 5 minute drive too. The pool was great for a dip after a long day and the kids really enjoyed that...as well as lounging on the sofas watching Disney channel!!! Overall a great place to stay,we would be happy to return. Great place, minutes from Disney Springs. The décor is little dated for our taste, but clean and spacious. Slight issue with the internet when we first arrived. A simple text to the host and she resolved the issue within a few hours.

Great place to stay near Disney

House was very clean, check in and out was easy! The house is about 15 mins from all Disney parks. The pool was so refreshing each morning. Would absolutely stay here again.

a home away from home

this stay was absolutely perfect and beautiful. the space felt so homey and open. the open spaces were easy to be in, the pool and patio was beautiful, the owner was easy to communicate with. i loved the location and so many goodies around to eat and or shop at.
