This home sits on a quiet cul de sac in Central Scottsdale which provides a setting for a relaxing vacation in Arizona. Situated on an oversized lot this property features a private backyard and sparkling pool with waterfall feature. The peaceful ambiance of the backyard lends to the vacation feel for anyone wanting to enjoy AZ! Home has been extensively remodeled and tastefully furnished to feel like home. Spacious bedrooms and a workspace for the business traveler are just a few of the interior features. Guests have access to garage parking , laundry , and a BBQ grill.
Ideal location close to Old Town Scottsdale and just a few minutes from the 101 freeway which makes getting around easy. Multiple parks and walking paths all within close proximity.

No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews. Must get approval from manager prior to booking.
Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.

This is not a party house and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.
