This centrally located home is bright and inviting. Newly renovated, this home boasts quality furnishings and plenty of space for you and your loved ones to gather for a sunny Arizona vacation.

Relax on the sectional and stream your favorite shows. Step into the well-appointed kitchen and prepare delicious meals together, or grill outside and dine alfresco. While outside, be sure to take a dip in the pool or just lounge outside and enjoy the sun. At night, rest well. The three bedrooms were uniquely outfitted with your comfort in mind.

This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC.
The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was very clean, spacious and in great condition. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get around anywhere in Phoenix area. Well stocked with essentials and things for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Great outdoor patio with a pool. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

The house is huge. We spent most of our time on the lower level playing pool, swimming, and just enjoying the quiet privacy of the back patio.We had one issue with the water heater, but the managers of this house acted swiftly to correct the issue. The managers were easy to get ahold of and very concerned about our experience while staying here. Definitely will look to stay here again next time in in Scottsdale.

Terrific Pool Home in NE Scottsdale

Very nice home in Northeast Scottsdale! The only criticism I can even think of is that being a split level home there are a lot of stairs going in and out. So it's maybe not great for the elderly... But it was clean and spacious! Will stay at again!

June 2025- 15 Day Stay

15 day stay with family of 4. Location is okay, backs up to street with apartments directly behind, so it can get loud. Pool is showing lots of wear, is much smaller than advertised, and gets very dirty (pool equipment needs service). Pool and master get LOTS of morning sun. Master shower regulator was broken.. so shower was scalding until the plumber came. The part was never fixed but he turned the shower temperature to cold
 leaving use with only one shower for the stay which was disappointing. Linens are “rationed” based on the number of people on your reservation, so be sure to buy laundry detergent, because you will wash towels often. Property Management company while accessible through text are not helpful at resolving any concerns, they just respond with “ we will make a note of that”. Lastly, while it was nice to have a late checkout option, this rental does not allow for early check in, which was not included in the rental listing, so be sure to plan accordingly.

Family trip

Family vacation with adult children. The house was clean and layed out perfectly for our needs. Its location was great. The only issues were that the master shower temperature control was not functioning properly. You could only get scalding hot water. Also we had four adults and only two wash clothes but 4 towels. Enjoyed our stay.

Clean freak

Given the turnover of renters, the bed pads were stained, which I washed, the floors in bathrooms were not clean, in dimly lit spaces light bulbs burned out. I called to ask for bulbs no result. Master bath shower water scalding. Called multiple times and in the last week of our stay it got fixed. The air conditioning top notch. Space and patio space great size. Overall needs deep cleaning regularly.

Very nice place! Lots of space

The house was extremely clean, had everything you need for a long stay or short stay. Back yard was nice and has plenty of chairs for everybody to sit in and enjoy the nice Arizona weather. Pool was too cold to go in but it was well maintained and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook, with grill in the backyard. Instructions on how to check in was made available the day before check in and gives detailed info on how to access the house. Al in all was a great mini vacation for me and my family. Highly recommend this place

Home away from home

Perfect for our visit

We were in town visiting family for a few days. The property was ideal for our needs. Enjoyed that there was a garage, loved the pool and room configuration was exactly what we needed. The location was exactly what we needed to be proximate to our family, dining and shopping.

VACASA POOLSIDE GETAWAY VRBO IS A MUST-STAY

This home is perfect for our needs. It is IMMACULATE and well maintained. The location from the airport is ideal....easy to find and access. Check-in and check-out are really simple, but please be sure to access the check-out procedure. It is very simple, but there are a few responsibilities which can facilitate prep for the next occupants. The pool is absolutely pristine and well maintained. The privacy is ABSOLUTE. (Be sure to ask how to turn on the light and waterfall feature). The rooms are spacious, the beds are truly comfortable and seating is "cushy" and "comfy". There is access to T.V. via ROKU in EVERY room in the house. The dishwasher, washer and dryer are in "mint" condition, but you might pick-up detergent at the local Albertsons Grocery (less than a mile from the house). A real plus is the access we have to the garage for parking the car.....it really makes a difference in the blazing heat of Arizona. This is a real PEARL in a very fine neighborhood. We will stay here again, next time visiting Scottsdale.

Pros: Great location, lots of good restaurants near by, grocery stores, closer to malls without being directly in the city, clean. Cons: AC didn’t really work (84 degrees in the house), master bathroom shower is very confusing- we could only get it to work on hot. These issues were unsatisfactory but didn’t wreck our stay by any means. Would rent again if I knew for sure the cons would be fixed!

Internet fiasco with Vacasa

We stayed 11 nights. Everything was great, unit is clean, location is good, etc.. There was a storm on the 5th night (Thursday) and the internet went out. Friday it was still out so I sent a text to Vacasa (property mgt) and got a quick reply about checking connection, restarting etc.,,, all of which I had already done and informed them. Somehow I got the sense that the Vacasa responses are automated. They said they would look into it. My wife and I started to use our phones as hot spots. Saturday rolls around and still no internet, I send them a text and get the same "i'm sorry you're going through this" reply. They said they would contact the local manager. The local mgr doesn't get the ticket from Vacasa until Sunday, contacts the owner, who then contacts Cox and schedules a technician Monday evening. We are told we do not need to be present. Now it's Monday and after 4 days, we max out on our phone hotspot and are forced to go to coffee shops for internet access. We arrive at the VRBO at around 4pm and see the Cox truck, we think great, it's getting fixed. We go in and after 30 minutes, I look out and the truck is gone. I text the local mgr and he says there was a miscommunication as Cox requires someone to be present. It gets re-scheduled for the next day in the evening. The local mgr shows up and the router is replaced and everything now works. It's Tuesday evening and we leave the next morning! We recev'd a $286.06 refund for our troubles, what a joke!

Poolside Getaway review

This home was well appointed and very clean. The pool area was good, but not as large as we expected. The only problem that we encountered was with the hot water. We did contact the Vacasa representative but they were not able to fix the problem to our satisfaction.
