Belle Vue Property

Belle Vue Property has a gorgeous view. Property is clean and cozy. The yard is in need of a mowing but other than that, no issues. Kitchen is well stocked and the A/C is cold.

Unkept Lawn, Dusty House, and Unstable Feel

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The lawn had not been mowed and was full of stickers, which made it almost impossible to walk outside comfortably. Inside, the house was not very clean — there was visible dust throughout, and it just didn’t feel like it had been properly prepared for guests. The entire place even swayed a lot, which was unsettling. The key pick up and return needs a box at the house instead of having to go to the management office which wasn't open anyway on a holiday weekend. Overall, the property didn’t match the care or cleanliness we expected based on the listing

The Worst

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love to book with Cobb Real estate I always book & hopefully will Continue too. But I will say this experience was The Worst can’t really give a good Review for the home we paid for because on the first morning we woke up to sewage backed up in the shower and toilets were backed up & sewage dripping to the bottom deck so we couldn’t even enjoy any of the house. And was up early waiting for maintenance to come fix it but once repaired house smelled horrible! They told us they could send cleaning crew to clean but would be a whole day wasted so asked to be move, house we moved to didn’t even have a grill outside compared to all the amazing things are original house had outside so no comparison at all! So out of the Fri- Sun we booked we spent our Saturday morning re-packing & moving couldn’t even enjoy breakfast in the morning and meat went to waste since we couldn’t grill outside. Honestly feel like what I paid for this property was the Very First time of All that my money was a waste of time didn’t enjoy this trip at all was more of a hassle. When dropped keys off tried explaining and was just like “oh sorry but it’s fixed now” really feel like we should of been reimbursed something or offered & extra night or a different rental stay for the hassle but no! Nothing at all

Great proximity to the beach with a fantastic view of the beach as well. This is our third year in a row at this same location and our kids and grandkids love the house and have had a blast.

Great property

House was perfect for our family. Loved the view of the beach while drinking coffee in the morning. Kitchen was perfect size and had everything needed for meals. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful View

Great view of beach for not being on the beach! Easy walking distance if you don’t want to drive, House was extremely clean, well decorated, furniture was comfortable and inside decor was updated. View of stars at night was fantastic, could see the Milky Way! Best location/house for price. House did take almost 16 hours to cool once we checked in, refrigerator also took a long time to cool after we loaded our food and drinks. No ice maker in the fridge, better to arrive with ice in a chest for cold drinks and shop daily for groceries at Ace hardware grocery store. TV is dependent on internet which gets spotty in afternoons, if a major sporting event is important better to use cell phone as hotspot. Dryer does take forever to dry anything. I spoke with management about our issues and they were very responsive so somethings may get fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this house several times over the last 7 years. The addition of bunk beds is great. The beds had no sheets on them. The dryer took 3 turns to dry a load of clothes. Also the house was at 85* when we arrived and it took 24 hrs to cool off. we love the house but had some issues.

The upstairs porch and downstairs hangout areas were exactly what we hoped for and made it super easy to keep sand outside so we could still enjoy the indoor space. The kitchen and living rooms provided an open area for tons of family time. This was a great experience overall.
