Maria, thank you for the positive feedback of your stay in 216 Pacific Approach! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay, especially since the bathroom was newly remodeled and some furniture was replaced very recently. We're also always happy to hear housekeeping did a great job prepping the condo for you. We can't claim credit for the wonderful view, but our oceanfront location in the heart of town means you get the option to relax inside and watch the waves, wander down to the beach access, or explore the shops and restaurants nearby. Thank you for choosing this condo for your getaway, and we hope to see you again soon!

The place was cute. We enjoyed our stay and loved our view. The only issues were the hot tub and pool were not open the whole time we were there and we did not love the side of the deck where the neighbors would lean over and look into our rooms. And their dog would bark at us. It really gave zero privacy vibes. But all in all we would love to come back and stay again.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay, loved the view, and found the space cute and welcoming. It truly means a lot to us that you would consider coming back. We sincerely apologize that the hot tub and pool were unavailable during your visit. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when those amenities are part of the overall getaway experience. We’re also very sorry to hear that the neighboring deck activity made you feel a lack of privacy. Guest comfort is extremely important to us. If at any point you feel uncomfortable during your stay, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us right away. Our team is always happy to step in, address concerns directly, and work toward a prompt resolution. We would have gladly intervened to help ensure you felt fully relaxed and at ease. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, as it helps us continue improving both our accommodations and the overall guest experience. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more seamless and private stay next time.

Marlin, thank you so much for the 5-star review of your stay in #216, Pacific Approach! We know this building is older, but our one bedroom, one bathroom condos offer much more space and a better location than most hotels at the same price point. All of our condos feature an ocean view balcony or patio, easy beach access on the property, equipped kitchenettes with full appliances, and our keyless lock technology for easy check in and out. And of course, we give our guests access to the HOA's pool and hot tub as well. We have a great location, and we do our best to give guests what they need to make the most of it! Thank you again for the kind review, and we hope to see you again!
