Take in the ocean breeze from the balcony while getting cozy in front of an intimate gas fireplace, and enjoy a home cooked mean from the full kitchen. This 1 bedroom family suite has plenty of space for 4 people, with a King bed in the bedroom, or a queen bed in the living room. Take the family for a day exploring nearby Lincoln City, or wander down to our easy beach access. We also give guests access to the HOA pool!
Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but weâre available on-site if you need anything.
