Spread across three floors, our home features three cozy bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a convenient half bath + two large living areas providing plenty of space for up to 12 guests. This property offers unmatched amenities in Nashville, including a private pool, hot tub, fire pit, rooftop deck, and game room—ensuring countless memorable moments for any group.

★ 1st Floor: Entryway, laundry room, bedroom with a king bed and full en suite bathroom, plus a garage transformed into a fun game room with Pool Table, Hook21, Board Games, and Corn Hole.

★ 2nd Floor: Spacious living room with a pull-out couch, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs, large kitchen island with 3 velvet barstools, primary bedroom with a sturdy canopy king bed and full en suite bathroom & walk-in shower w/bench + a convenient half bath near the kitchen. Plush single rollaway bed available in bedroom closet that can be moved anywhere in the home.

★ 3rd Floor: Trendy bonus room featuring a neon Nashville sign for photo ops, pull-out couch & air mattress + a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom. Big doors open up to partially covered rooftop deck featuring custom painted Nashville mural, brand new outdoor TV & the most stunning views!

★ Backyard Oasis: Step down a flight of stairs to discover a private pool, hot tub, sun loungers, gas grill, fire pit, corn hole, and a grassy area for your dogs to enjoy. For our guests convenience, the fire pit and grill are connected to gas lines, so you’ll never have to worry about running out of gas during your stay!

★ Beds Available: 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 pull-out couches, 1 single rollaway bed (located in primary bedroom closet & can be moved anywhere in the home), and 1 air mattress. Sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably!

★ Spacious and inviting—this home offers over 2,300 sq. ft., making it larger than most 4BR/4BA vacation homes in Nashville! Enjoy roomier bedrooms and living areas with plenty of space to relax, spread out, and make the most of your stay.

****OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE****

Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and your smart lock access will be activated at that time (if you arrived before 4pm, you will not have access into the home). Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and we kindly ask that all guests depart by then so our team can prepare the home for the next stay.

Early Check-in/Late check-out:
We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee ranging from $200–$600 per additional accommodation. Please note that this option is not guaranteed and must be arranged at least 5 days prior to your arrival, as our cleaning and maintenance schedules are set in advance and cannot be changed last minute.

Pool heater:
Our pool is heated during the colder months for your enjoyment. Please note, that there are limits to how warm the pool water can get, as heating efficiency depends on the outdoor temperature and weather conditions. While we do our best to keep it comfortable, specific water temperatures cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for pool temperature variations. If you prefer hot water, you’ll love our hot tub, which is perfect during colder temps!

All guests will swim at their own risk:
Enjoy the convenience of having the pool and hot tub open and available year-round, making your stay with us a well-rounded retreat. Please note that swimming at the property is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents, incidents, or injuries that may occur while swimming. We strongly recommend that guests use caution and supervise children at all times. By booking, you acknowledge that you are swimming at your own discretion and responsibility.

No smoking inside:
To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, smoking & vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property (yes, this includes marijuana). This includes all indoor areas and rooftop deck. If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so outside in the backyard or driveway.

Free on-site parking:
We offer free parking with 3 spaces (two driveway in driveway and 1 inside garage). Unlike most Nashville rentals, our driveway is 25ft long offering the ability to easily park larger vehicles. Free street parking is also available.

No Nashville or local guests:
We do not allow any locals on our property. We have a policy of not renting our home to individuals residing in Nashville or within a 60-mile radius. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without issuing a refund if this rule is broken. If you are a local resident (live in Nashville or within 60 miles) or plan to have local residents over, please refrain from booking our home.

10 guest/visitor maximum:
Per our short term rental permit with Davidson County 10 maximum occupancy allowed on our property. More than 10 persons on the property will result in immediate eviction without refund. No unauthorized visitors are allowed.

Children Disclosure:
We're delighted to welcome families with children to our home! However, it's crucial to mention that our home is not childproofed. With amenities like a hot tub, pool, three story home with numerous stairs, rooftop deck featuring a high ledge, etc - we want to be up front and ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone. For the safety of our youngest guests, we kindly request that children be supervised by an adult at all times.

3 Story Home w/ Stairs:
Our home boasts three stories, a common architectural feature in many Nashville residences, contributing to breathtaking skyline views. To fully enjoy the charm of our space, please be aware that stairs are an integral part of your stay that each guest must use. The incredible view will make you forget about all the stairs!

Potential Noise:
Nashville is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, particularly in the heart of the city. While our property offers a tranquil retreat, please be aware that you may experience occasional noise during your stay, such as from nearby construction, traffic, other neighboring vacationing guests, sirens, and more. These factors are beyond our control. While we anticipate minimal disruption for most guests, it's important to note if you are unaccustomed to urban environments.

Dogs over 1 year old allowed:
We happily welcome 1-2 well-behaved, house-trained adult dogs to stay in our home. We ask that all dogs be crated when left alone in our home, please bring a crate with you or let us know if you need one. To ensure a smooth process, all dogs must be discussed and pre-approved by host. Please be sure to add them to your reservation. $100 flat pet fee applies for up to two dogs. We regret to inform you that dogs under 1 year old, cats, or other animals are not allowed. Please be respectful and clean up after your dog(s).

Pests & Outdoor Environment:
Our home is located in the South and surrounded by nature, so occasional indoor pests (like ants, spiders, or bugs) and outdoor insects or creatures may be present, despite regular professional pest control. While we take steps to minimize their presence, interactions may still occur. Please take standard precautions by not leaving food out and clean up any spills. No refunds will be issued for sightings of pests or creatures, or any related inconveniences
