Great ski in / ski out

Amenities were as advertised. Enjoyed ease of renting equipment and ski in / ski out. The staff and shuttle operators were friendly and helpful. We would visit again.

Great Property & Location!

We stayed at this amazing property for our annual three-generation (grandparents, parents, kids) ski trip and it was perfect! Excellent location (especially with young kids) to get in the slopes and lots for everyone to do on site! The property was spacious and clearly and we loved it -- we will definitely be booking again in the future!

Great Presidents’ Day week

Great week in Breckenridge - very good service at the property - excellent team! Ski-in, ski-out a bit farther to walk than expected but very good value for money!

Happy New Year

This is an amazing property with great management. Our unit was clean and well organized and provided a true home away from home experience. The convenience of Grand Timber Lodge (GTL) to everything in Breckenridge was also a plus. We will definitely look at GTL for future visits.

Spring break at Grand Timber Lodge

This place was awesome! Weeks before we arrived Jayme answered all our inquiries so we were able to plan a great week from morning to night. First timers in Breck so we had lots of questions that she answered plus more. The place is great. Spacious. Everything worked nicely. The GTL is an exceptional resort and the ammentities on site were awesome. We look fwd to coming back !! Sandeep

Ski getaway

After check in they give you a phone number to text with any questions. They literally meant anything. The staff at this lodge was outstanding 100% of the time. The rental itself was as listed, clean, comfortable easy to get to.. and the parking under the building was amazing not to have to clean the car off!!

First family vacation to Colorado

Great place and location. Jayme, the owner, is great to work with and does everything in her power to make sure your stay is enjoyable. She really went above and beyond our expectations. The location is perfect offering quick access to peaks 8 & 9. The condo is clean and well stocked. We used the onsite ski rental facility and found it to be very convenient as well. The shuttle service around town is the greatest amenity to staying at GTL. Just call the phone number from town and the shuttle will pick you up within 10 minutes each time. We will most definitely be a return customer.

Great stay at GTL

We took 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 15, 17, and 8) to Grand Timber Lodge at Breckenridge the week after New Year's 2015. It was great renting from Jayme - she was extremely friendly, responsive, and made the entire transaction easy. Checking in/out was painless, as was paying, etc. GTL is a great place for families - It is not the newest resort at Breckenridge, but the location is excellent with an easy ski/walk to the Beaver Run chair (or take the Shuttle, like we did most days), and just far enough from the main Peak 8 Village to not be too loud and congested. One of the absolute best amenities is the free shuttle that will take you anywhere around the Breck Village. Need to go to the grocery store? Take the shuttle. Want to be dropped off right at the Peak 8 ski lift? Take the shuttle. Want to head downtown and have a few drinks and not have to worry about driving back in the snow? Take the shuttle! It was never more than a few minutes wait and the shuttle drivers were great! The next best thing about GTL is that all of their employees are extremely nice and helpful. They never said "No" to anything and went out of their way to be accommodative to any/all of our needs. Next, the pool and hot tubs were great! Adults and kids swam every day and it never felt crowded. The room and all of the facilities were always clean, never had any strange smells, etc. The room that we stayed in was very nice. Like I said before, it doesn't feel brand new - but the TVs are all flat-screen, the countertops were granite, the master room had a HUGE jetted tub plus a shower with dual shower heads and had been updated nicely. The room also had plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. The only area that we could complain about was that the wi-fi wasn't very good - it kept dropping and was generally slow. This wasn't too big of a deal, since we were on vacation, but a place like this should have better wi-fi. Overall, we had a great vacation and I would highly recommend Jayme and GTL to other travelers.

Excellent Stay at Grand Timber Lodge

We rented through J.L. in January 2014 for a week long surprise birthday party and ski trip. We had a fantastic experience! She was great to work with and the whole process was very easy from the reservation to check in and out. We had a beautiful room with plenty of space for the 4 of us and great views of the mountain and ski runs. I would ask for a high floor to get the views. I would highly recommend renting from J.L. and we look forward to coming back!
