Looking for an escape from the city, a relaxing beach vacation, or time away with the family? Come to Merritt Island and stay at this Airbnb! It is the perfect home to unwind.

This home is furnished with clean white linens, towels, and calming neutral tones to make our customers feel welcomed and relaxed.

You don't have to worry about packing anything for day-to-day living, as the home is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, beach & bath towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, extra blankets/pillows, and coffee/tea, basic spices, toiletries, and more!

For entertainment, the home also has 3 TVs, an outdoor coal grill, a pool, and a large outdoor area.

The space

This home is a 4 bedroom, 6 bed, 2 bathroom home with a private backyard and pool. The outdoor pool area is enclosed and fenced for privacy, with a beautiful green landscape. There is a large lounge area near the pool to enjoy a bbq grill or a dip in the water.

There is a large kitchen area fully equipped with equipment, including a toaster, kettle, rice cooker, coffee machine, and blender. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably, and can also be expanded upon request.

Enjoy central heat and cooling for the fluctuating weather!

Bedrooms

The main master bedroom features a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a shower. It also includes a 40” TV.

The two queen bedrooms include ample storage with a dresser and closet. One of the queen bedrooms has a TV.

The third bedroom includes a trundle (a twin over full), perfect for up to 4 kids! The second bathroom is in the hallway.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the laundry room.
Beach towels are near the TV.
Cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink.
Extra blankets and pillows are in the closets.

Not what we expected

We were excited about this trip but when we got to the house we felt like the website/pictures did not accurately depecit the house. When we arrived there was no hot water at the kitchen sink, the electrical outlets were loose and wouldn't work, there were not as many pots/pans that were shown in pictures, one of the outdoor chairs was broken when we got there, the washer and dryer both made obnoxious noices on and off, the air conditioner started making a beeping noise to replace the filter, the pool did not have a basket in the filter so it would get filled but no way to clean and then the Keurig stopped working because it needed to be cleaned. We let the host know and she sent a handyman. He could not fix it and was supposed to come back the next day but never showed. Honestly it was in a good location and we love the island but we were very disappointed with the house itself. We were constantly worried about the outlets and not being able to even get our dishes cleaned because of no hot water.
