Excellent location! Walking distance to a couple of shops and several restaurants! The house was directly on the beach and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach! Can't wait to book again soon!

Wonderful Condo

This is a three unit condo complex. The rooms are nicely decorated and have everything you need for the kitchen. The pool is brand new and there is a gate with a walkway to the beach. It is right next to the public beach access but the beach was never overly crowded. They are still recovering from the hurricanes last year so the elevator was not working but the repairmen were there almost everyday working on it. Good location to walk to restaurants and the Publix in Largo is only about 10 minutes away. Highly recommend!

Oceanfront Retreat

AWEFUL Experience. BEWARE "see photos in vrbo review of this property"

read the reviews. We are not the first ones this has happened to on this property w/ vacassa. this place is so poorly managed it ruins the whole experience. half of our guests had to turn around in the driveway to go home because it was not disclosed on all booking sites that the elevators have been down a year now. You will find out on arrival that its a 6 flight walk up.... vacasa accepted no accountability for the misrepresentation stating "We dont have to disclose an elevator that has been broken for a year even though the listing advertised an elevator because there is stair access" The internet signal was too weak to connect to and the log in info they left us wasnt even correct. Maybe if the local property mgr was on top of things that might have been fixed before our departure date instead of just being given a case number at corporate. there were dead bugs in the bathrooms of the unit , 6 overflowing garbage cans next to the stairwell, and loose garbage and construction debris everywhere outside. Its not safe to be barefoot. Also note there are no security cameras on site and the locasl know it.. They also know the pool gate doesnt lock so you get to share your pool with locals coming off the beach to the adjacent public beach parking lot who know they arent getting caught. We had 12 of them in our pool the second night up until 11:30 and that too fell on deaf ears with vacasa. With a public beach parking lot next door your driveway gets constant traffic as the only place to turn around at the end of a full parking lot. Drinking and drug use in the parking lot was occurring daily and thats 40' from your pool deck .. As owners of rentals ourselves, I understand things happen but I would fire my property manager on the spot if I knew my guests were being treated this way.. and at this price point you have too many better options. Never again here though...

The View at Sunset is Spectacular

The view, the beach amenities, the pool area and the very comfortable bed make this accommodation worth the extra money. Still, it is quite expensive. Bring your own coffee, but filters are there. The property seems recently updated and everything we experienced was very clean. You will be a short walking distance to fun bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.

Was nice years ago…. Now gross and lots of issues.

We have stayed here many times over the last few years. Three times this year. And this is our last. We called about issues and no one came to fix anything. Cleanliness was nasty, the elevator broke and we had to carry all our stuff out. Vacasa is clearly automated and useless. We are done and if you want to relax instead of spend your time trying to get help go somewhere else.

Great place but a few little issues that could be fixed easiky

Love this place and we go every year. A few things that would make it better. Thermostat won't go below 73° and it gets warm. The internet was kinda flaky. The sheets weren't reset in one room and had pet hair on it. Nothing that will keep us from returning but a bit annoying.

By far one of the nicest places in Indian Rocks Beach

This is by far one of the nicest places in Indian Rocks Beach. We have stayed in many properties in this area over the years. This place is completely updated with tasteful finishes and is directly on the beach. Our only issues with the property is that they won't let you turn the AC down under 73 degrees and all the lights in the house are fluorescent/ "daylight spectrum" instead of "soft white" or "bright white" which is hard on the eyes after time. Shower door in master bath leaked on the floor and the curtain rod over the balcony door kept falling down. Overall it's a great property and we will likely book again.

Beautiful views

Love love this place beautiful views quiet location stunning condo perfect 3rd floor condo..walking distance to restaurant… only issue we had elevator did not work and we stayed on 3rd floor and my mother is handicapped so that did not go over good with her lucky she could climb the stairs at her own pace tried contacting someone bout the issue and nothing came of it while we were there…. I don’t know what we would have done if she couldn’t get up the stairs…

Condo

The condo and pool were nice. However, the elevator was out of service during our entire stay. After looking at prior reviews on Vacasa after we arrived, it looks like the elevator has been out of service for weeks, but the property manager had not told us in advance. The condo is at the top of four steep flights of stairs. Our grandma and our dog both had difficulty getting up and down the stairs to the unit. If there is anyone in your party who may have difficulty with stairs, would recommend confirming with the property that the elevator is actually functioning before booking.

Five Star Location but some issues

The pluses: It was a Five Star location for sure!! Great beach area and everything you need so close by (even walk to great restaurants). Sunsets from the balcony were stunning! The Condo itself was fine,. It was clean and pretty much as advertised. Nice to have free parking too. Negative: Two things, first, there was no water pressure at times, not that it lessened…it stopped, shampoo in hair and all, multiple times. We discovered it wasn’t just in the top floor unit that we were in either. That isn’t okay when people need to clean up after being at the beach all day. Second, two days with a pool so dirty that it was unusable (during red tide which means you don’t want to be in the Gulf). As a note - the TeemingVR Management was easy to reach and helpful. The pool got cleaned but, the water issue hadn’t been figured out. Overall, great location and nice place if they figure out the water issue.

Great Place but Broken Elevator

This is a third floor unit with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Spent a lot of time on the balcony, which was my favorite spot in the house. The unit is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything that you might need. Restaurants and shopping in short walking distance. Grounds could use a little upgrading but the unit itself was very clean and well-maintained. The biggest issue was the broken elevator. I called property manager when I arrived to report but despite their assertion that they were sending someone out to repair, it was still broken when we left. Having to climb and descend three flights of stairs after recent hip surgery was a challenge and when you add heavy bags and luggage to the mix, it was quite the struggle. Not what I expected after paying over $600 a night for our stay. If you need an elevator, I would think twice before renting. If stairs are not an issue for you, then it’s a great beachfront option.

Great location and gorgeous view

Overall, we loved this unit. The view is amazing and the location on Indian Rocks Beach is perfect. The condo is very bright, spacious and nicely furnished. (The only inadequate item was beach towels … there were only 3 towels and that’s not enough for a 3BR condo.). The pool area is beautiful but be aware that the spa is NOT a hot tub. It uses the same water as the pool and does not get any warmer than the pool water which was a disappointing surprise. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay. The dryer door was broken, preventing the dryer from starting unless we leaned against it and held it closed. Unfortunately this was not fixed during our stay despite several attempts to reach Vacasa. Also, on our second day in the condo, while we were showering, the renter in the unit below us informed us that water was pouring through their bathroom ceiling. We immediately stopped using the shower and after much communication with the renter below us and Vacasa, a repairman came out the next day and spent about 1/2 the day fixing what appeared to be a broken pipe behind our shower. He also re-caulked some cracks and broken tiles around the shower window and asked us to wait until the next day to use the shower. We understand that issues happen and were happy it was fixed so we could use the shower, but there was never any follow up communication or apologies from Vacasa about the incident (which was a huge inconvenience, given that we couldn’t use the shower for 2 days) which surprised me.

very misleading listing stay elsewhere

Vacasa had this listing posted on VRBO as a 3 floor condo with an elevator and gated pool. What we got was an elevator that hasnt been operational for a whole year, 6 flights of stairs and come to find out we are not the first ones this has happened to on this property. Vacasa the property mgr was notified. Their first response was "we dont have to disclose a broken elevator."This place is also adjacent to a public beach parking lot so your kids get to see plenty of drug use in the parked cars all day from your pool. Your driveway is also the turnaround for everyone in Indian Rocks looking for a parking spot. watch for cars The pool was not secured for residents. Locals were using the pool and drinking until almost 11pm our first night there because they know the gate doesnt lock and there are no cameras on site.. There were bugs found inside the unit, weak and unusable wifi, trash everywhere outside and the garbage cans smelled like they had been sitting full for at least a week All of these issues were politely discussed with Vacasa during our stay and as resolution we were offered a refund of my 250 pet deposit "for a pet that couldnt go because of the stairs" and another 250 for ruining my families vacation on a 3500 booking that half of us couldnt attend. We speak from experience when we say you can do a lot better than this place with less money..
