Admire dreamy Gulf views from your private balcony at this beautifully appointed condo. You’ll love the Beach Cottages complex, a tropical paradise on soft white sands. Enjoy a dip in the heated pool after sun-kissed days on the shore!

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and generous granite countertop space. Kick back for movie nights in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your plush primary suite. A private washer/dryer adds convenience.

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Starting August 11th through the end of December the onsite pool & hot tub will be unavailable due to upgrades being done. The pool two doors down at Sand Dollar condos will be available for guests to use during their stay

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Soothing esthetic and beautiful view!

The furnishing and decor was simple yet elegant and perfect for an ocean side condo! Loved the tile in bathrooms wonderful and loved entire color scheme condo.

Amazing

We truly enjoyed our time at the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. There were several beach towels and an entire storage area packed full of beach items to use; chairs, floats, and event a tent. The condo is VERY nicely decorated and every single person agreed they were comfortable! Each room had its own tv which made it great when traveling with different age groups. The pool was nice and the sun bathing area was huge. The access to the beach was very convenient. Parking was a breeze. Having reserved parking made going out and exploring the area less stressful.

Gorgeous and perfectly located

This condo is very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything (and more) that we needed to cook. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the view was breathtaking taking. There was an entire storage area full of beach chairs, floats, and even a tent. Beach towels provided for each person along with plenty of bath towels. This management company is exceptional in customer service. They responded quickly to all my questions leading up to our vacation and were very responsive to any questions I had during our stay. They were so great that I have downloaded their app and plan on using them again for our next trip.

Great location!

Loved the location, you can’t beat the ocean front view. Interior was beautiful, exterior of the condos need work.

Great Place to GO

This was our second year on the property, first in this unit. The three king beds were great as we had 6 adults. Location is great, beach was wonderful. Could use new beach chairs and beach amentities, but the condo was great.

Great Condo on the Beach

The best thing about this unit is its location in the building with beautiful views of the Gulf from the top floor. Pool deck is large with lots of chairs (albeit a few were broken and should be replaced) and grills for outdoor cooking. Just steps from the best walking beach in Florida.

Nana’s Month Away

The property was very lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. I enjoyed the balcony sunsets which were spectacular. The beach was very appealing because of the proximity to the condo and had cabanas to rent. I liked the fact that you get the same cabana and location for the entire time of the rental. The attendant was very polite and gave his phone# if you needed assistance. The condo had a closet full of beach equipment including toys which was a good asset. I think the lobby where the elevator is located could be updated at least with fresh paint. There were plenty of restaurants to choose in the area. It basically was quiet on the fifth floor. There is a no-smoking rule, but our neighbors didn’t abide and fortunately they were not there for too long. The pool area is roomy and clean. Only used it twice because the beach was more appealing to my guests. I would consider this condo again only if they replaced the mattresses, especially in the master bedroom. I never did get used to it. Also, the living room sofa is very deep and you can’t really read a book in that kind of seating. A recliner or two could be used in place of the two occasional chairs that were adjacent to the sofa. Conclusion: some changes made by the owner would bring me back to stay for another month.

A comfortable place worth returning to!

This cottage was super clean, the décor very welcoming and the view was perfect for our family of six to stay comfortably. We will most certainly return here!

Great condo and gorgeous view

The condo was very clean and had a awesome view of the sunset and beach. Reason i gave it 4 stars was the communication from Vacasa was just okay. They would say available for texting, calls messaging then would take days to respond or not respond at all. We also didn't know the code to get into the main building until halfway through the day it reset, I was on chat for 45 minutes and received no answer. Overall great condo but communication could have been better.

Beautiful stay!

This apartment is ideal for 6 people. It’s beautifully furnished, everything you need for an amazing vacation is waiting for you. It’s located right at the beach, which is a huge plus, pool is divine, and location is perfect. Family friendly, lots of kids at the beach and pool. Free bird sanctuary next door entrance on the beach to which my kids would walk to daily. I would not hesitate to stay again. Only one night we had rough neighbors next door that partied and kept my 4 year old up until 3am slamming doors, loud music, and screaming. No fault of Vacasa although it was one of their properties. Unfortunately you can’t control disrespectful people.

Gorgeous Location and View, however…

There were several issues that shouldn’t have been seen for something marketed as this high end. The screens for the doors didn’t work (and one was completely ripped along the bottom); the wicker furniture on the balcony was broken; there was dried blood on the white master bed duvet cover and another area of dried blood in the middle of a pillow in another bedroom; and several other smaller items (hair in the shower, missing drawer handles, large stains on lampshades, etc) that did put somewhat of a damper on the overall experience. That being said the location is still amazing and we had a great time!

Wonderful ocean front condo with plenty of room, huge kitchen

We were really impressed with this condo. From the moment you walk in, it looks spacious, stylishly decorated, a huge open concept kitchen/dining/living room, and a breathtaking ocean front view is very impressive . The three bedroom, three king beds were perfect for our family. The kitchen was amazing with new appliances and stocked with supplies for cooking. And the sunset views were breathtaking. The building itself could be updated but that did not take away from our stay. Loved having the bird sanctuary next door and heated pool. Highly recommend. (Only question we had was whether beach chairs were stored somewhere, that would have been nice.)
