Välkommen till min hemma hemifrån! Denna rymliga två sovrum två badrum lägenhet har fönster på sidan som släpper in AWESOME PANORAMISKA Ocean och PIER synvyer tillsammans med NATURLIGT ljus! Välskötta, preparerade husdjur är välkomna (extra avgift) och RELAXATION krävs!

Det stora sovrummet har ett eget badrum med duschkabin, queen size-säng och egen balkong. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Det andra badrummet innehåller en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för tvätt. Det fulla köket inkluderar en bar med plats för fyra med ett intilliggande matbord med plats för fyra. MYCKET utrymme för att sitta, äta och koppla av! Vardagsrummet har plats för sex och soffan viks ut i en queen size-säng. OCEANFRONT balkongen är SPACIOUS med en valfri 2 personer swing och en dubbel glidande, tre panel glasdörr! Balkongerna är ett bra ställe att se på stranden eller bryggan.

Condo har 3 - 40 "SMART HDTV med kabel. Vardagsrumskabeln är tillgänglig via en traditionell låda och kabeln är tillgänglig via Roku-Spectrum-appen i varje sovrum. Huset har trådlöst internet, gratis-WiFi. Parkering inkluderar 2 platser. Ta med egna lakan, sängkläder och handdukar. Njut av soluppgången. Koppla av på de två verandorna. Njut av sol och sand. Hundar är välkomna norr om piren hela dagen, varje dag. Under högsäsong är hundar välkomna på stranden framför lägenheten före kl 9 och efter kl. 17.00.

Min lägenhet har tillgång till två pooler; En som ligger tvärs över gatan bakom vattenskytten och den andra bakom den gula solskytten.

It was pet friendly and on the beach, which were the two main draws for us, but that was sort of where the positives ended. This place is just ok. It needs some major updating and cleaning. Paint is peeling and walls are scuffed/marked up everywhere. The mattress protectors have giant stains on them. There were plenty of dustbunnies/hairballs around the house. The sofa had tons of grime caked into its crevices. The balcony had carpet which reeked of urine. Kitchen cabinets were sticky and had food stuck to them. The master bedroom door has some sort of play-do caked to it. All this, and we had to bring our own EVERYTHING. This place was as bare bones as it gets. They don’t even provide you with a second trash bag or second roll of TP. Glad we had our own. I stay in plenty of STRs and this place was the least accommodating in terms of providing much of anything except salt and pepper. I was hoping for it to be such a nice stay and I was really disappointed, aside from the location.

Check-in was very easy and the condo was very clean when we arrived. Everything was as stated and very comfortable. We loved the balcony swing and view the most!! We appreciated the window AC unit in the living room as it kept the room more comfortable during the hottest part of the day.

Another great stay!

This is our third time staying in this condo and it was great, again. Proximity to the beach, pools, and pier makes it a great, walkable spot. Having meals out of the deck right in front of the ocean is wonderful. It had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen- except for measuring cups, but we were able to eyeball and make perfect pancakes on the stove. It was a great, relaxing week, and we will definitely be back! Tim was super responsive on all communication we had with him, he is excellent! We also noticed the fresh coat of paint on the decks and some other upgraded touches. We had three kids, a dog, and two adults and it was the right amount of cozy and comfortable. Truly a perfect week!

Close to beach and pools. Great ocean view from balcony. Clean, comfortable. The stairs were a bit of a trek, but i guess that is to be expected. Overall great experience. Tim answered our questions quickly and was great to work with!

Beautiful ocean side condo

We had an amazing time. Condo was perfect for easy access to the beach on nice days and beautiful views from the balcony on rainy days. We definitely would book here again.

Relaxing

Spent 5 nights with my wife and kids here to get away from the pressures of work, life, and school. Had a wonderful time, ate great food, drank good beer, hung out on the beach for hrs everyday, and relaxed.

Will Book Next Year

The property was just as described. The view was absolutely amazing. We have beautiful pictures from the balcony. My daughters loved they had a balcony off their room (the one with twin beds). They also loved they had access to a bathroom without leaving their room. There was PLENTY of room for our family of four, which included two teenage daughters, and our two dogs. This is the first place I’ve stayed where I had to bring my own linens; however, it worked out perfectly with no issues. We love the north end since dogs can go on the beach at any time beyond the pier. The host is PHENOMENAL! He is very responsive, quick to get back with you, friendly, and very accommodating. This is a trip we take every year as a family, and we WILL stay in another rental of this host simply because of his hospitality, accommodations, and friendliness. Thank you so much Tim!

Pleasurable stay

Very modern and clean. The ocean is right outside the of the balcony.Parking was a little tight but if you take your time and watch what you’re doing you shouldn’t have an issue.

Great view! Comfortable Condo!

The weather did not cooperate with our trip but we had a great time anyway. Balcony provides a great view of the ocean. House was clean and had everything we needed.

This was the easiest trip I’ve ever planned as far as accommodations goes. We were well pleased with the reality verses the pictures of the condo. The owner was available at a moment’s notice, yet did not intrude on our experience at all. It felt like a home away from home since we were able to bring our dog. We Will certainly hope to stay at this location again.

Great beach front property, super responsive host!

I really enjoyed my stay here despite a tropical storm! The host is really quick to respond to messages, and it was really clean. The AC worked great, and the bedrooms were nice and cool. The water pressure in the shower is something I also always appreciate it. The walls were sturdy and thick and even though its a condo you cant hear your neighbors. I am only giving this a personal 4/5 stars because I learned some things about my own personal restrictions after staying here. I am currently pregnant and the 3 flights of stairs, with multiple children, was difficult. There also wasn't an on site hose, so to wash off any beach items or feet you have to walk across the street. Another limitation I didnt think would be that important to me is the supply of sheets- make sure you bring your own sheets and towels-- not having those provided when you are traveling with multiple kids just adds to the laundry and the car storage so I would def look for those to be provided in the future. The kitchen was stocked with many amenities but there wasn't a sautée pan. The value of a sautée pan was increased by having to cook more than desired due to the storm.

Home away from home

We loved our stay in Carolina Beach! The “beach house” as our kids called it was great for adults and kids! It felt lived in and comfortable. Everything was clean, and it provided a nice base for our family adventures! The beach is definitely disappearing, but there was still plenty to enjoy… and only steps away! We were thankful for access to pools also! The area is residential but still close to everything. Such a great week!
