Awesome Location!! A Ocean Front Condo Awaits your arrival!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo awaits you. Located at the perfect location on CB. Quiet Section of Carolina Beach but only a few minutes to the pier or downtown. We also have our own private walkway straight to the ocean. Incredible Ocean View from our large deck and living room. You wont be disappointed. We will strive to make your stay enjoyable and we hope you have great memories after your stay. We want to earn great reviews.

We have a queen sized bed in the master bedroom along with its own private full bathroom. In the 2nd bedroom, we have a Twin Bed along with a bunk bed that has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Another full size bathroom is located off the hall way.

We are a quick 15 minute walk along the beach to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and all of its restaurants, bars, live music and carnival rides. In the other direction, a 15 minute walk takes you to the North End Fishing Pier. Just a a block away, we also have a small grocer and Java Shop. Once again, Location, Location, Location...

Condo Amenities:

The condo has a washer and dryer, and we provide bath towels and linens for your convenience.

Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, and all the utensils.

We have a Smart TV that you can cast your favorite programming over your phone or CPU.

We also have Free WiFi!

**PLEASE** This is a top floor unit. It has no elevator and you must be able to walk up four flights of stairs.

Maximum Occupancy is 5 at all times unless approved in writing by management. Any violations will forfeit deposit and you will vacate the unit immediately.

The view is absolutely AMAZING and definitely worth the walk up all the steps! The house was clean and gave all the feels of home. The owners provided the necessities to get us started- including beach chairs,etc! Property is close enough to all the restaurants, shopping, boardwalk that its walkable. We hope to return!!

This was the perfect location to have access to the beach and also quickly get to restaurants, shops and the boardwalk area! Jason was very prompt in responding to any inquiries we had!(It is up on top floor with lots of stairs) worth it if you want the view

Perfect weekend getaway

My husband and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here! We had a great time exploring Carolina Beach and Wilmington. Hope to bring the kids back one day! We knew we were a little too early for warm weather, and it was a little too chilly and windy to enjoy the beach, but we loved the view and the ocean noise!

Such a great rental for a long weekend with my family. Beautiful deck with beach views ! Sunrises every morning are not to be missed ! Condo is clean and comfortable . Within walking distance to the boardwalk and a minimart that has breakfast and crafted lattes . A great rental for Carolina beach .

Amazing views, great location

This is such a great property. Very clean, had everything you needed and the best views possible. We spent most of our time on the deck. Host was responsive and easy check in and out. Very relaxing and walkable to restaurants. As mentioned in the listing, there are a lot of stairs but it was absolutely worth every one of them when you walk in to that view. We definitely recommend this home to others.

Great location

We very much enjoyed are stay here! Location was perfect! You are close to all of the amenities of Carolina Beach but the location was still quiet and peaceful. The property manager was very attentive and on top of communication. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property!

The view and location are perfect! The property is well kept and clean. Jason was awesome to work with and made everything easy. The beds, linens towels, and pillows were super comfy and the total package made our week long visit perfect! It was awesome park the car for the whole week and to be able to walk everywhere we needed to go! We will definitely be back!

We are a top floor unit with great views. We also have our own private walkway to the beach. No need to walk down the street to use the public entrance. We are 1 block away from the Kayak Launch on the Bay Side.
