It was very clean and exactly as advertised. In a great location away from the busy city and plenty of spots near by for food and adventurers. James was very hospitable and was eager to help whenever we needed it.

Wonderful place, would stay again!

Clean quiet and fully equipped in a fabulous location, it served our needs perfectly while in town visiting friends. Property manager was very helpful with any questions. We had an excellent stay!

Nice place in a great location. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the two sofa beds were also good so it worked well for a family of 4. James was very reaponsive and helpful.

Rental was cute and comfortable in a beautiful and quite neighborhood. You could smell how clean it was when we walked in. The included living space made for comfortable movie night. Kitchen had every utensil and kitchenware needed to make an amazing steak dinner with all the sides which we enjoyed in dining area which we use. Well-located on a beautiful quiet street in a lovely area of Pasadena. Apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large park just a block away gave our 4 yr old grandson plenty of room to run around when he came to visit us.

Perfect Stay

We came to Arcadia to visit family and found this to be a perfect place to stay. Great location, so cute, beautiful neighborhood to walk, and well maintained. This made our trip so great. Would defiantly recommend and stay here again.

Great Location, Gracious Host

James is a responsive host. His little Bungalow is charming and so Pasadena. Close to everything and easy freeway access, we would happily stay in this little place again.

Pasadena at New Years

Great location for all things Rose Parade related. Comfortable bed and living space. I recommend to walk to Eaton canyon for a wonderful hike complete with waterfalls. Parking was tight even with a small car.

Great place!

This was mine and my family’s second time staying here, and everything was great once again. Host is very good with communicating/explaining check in instructions. The kitchen was equipped with things for cooking and coffee which was nice, and overall the entire place was cozy and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

This unit had ample space for 2 people and could definitely hold more, plenty of spaces to work remotely and the neighborhood is idyllic with lush trees and birds. We needed to wash some dishes before using them but that was likely due to the previous guests. Overall, James was a phenomenal host and I'd definitely book again

Perfect sized space for family stay

We enjoyed our visit and found the place to be a nice size for our family of 4. The neighborhood is lovely and so convenient to so many stores. Very easy to get around. The owner provided good instructions and the process was very easy.

I spent four months studying abroad in Japan before graduating from UCR (University of California, Riverside). In my free time, you will find me doing various kinds of sports, such as hiking, camping, cycling, scuba diving, and hang gliding.

Having traveled to a number of countries, I got a decent sense of the essential needs for travelers. My goal is to provide you a comfortable space with essential amenities, while saving from the extravagant services that you may not necessary need, so you’re left with more funds for traveling!
