The Space:
We are pleased to welcome you to our cozy home. This centrally located property provides easy access to everything, including highways and major cities. As you enter, you are greeted by the living and dining room. There are three bedrooms in total, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is a large bonus room where you can gather for entertainment or hangout, this room has two queen-size air mattresses.

*** If you plan on using the BBQ, please let us know prior to your arrival. There will just be an additional $25 fee to cover the cost of extra cleaning. It uses charcoal but we don't provide this so kindly bring your own.

Quick visit with sister

Clean, located near enough to the main street through Centerville in Fremont for walking, and close enough to main thoroughfares we could easily branch out as tourists to more distant points of interest. Plenty of space for our modest needs, clean & well stocked for meal prep.

It's not correct room number

It's not 4 bedroom It's only 3 bedroom and I call the company vrbo they don't help me and they send me a Owner phone number and the owner of the property And he say call the company so they blaming each other So anyway that will help me for nothing and the property has only 3 room not 4 it's totally wrong I'm totally not happy I have to call my bank To return my money because they're not honestly with the information they put there

Excellent large house in South Bay

This was a wonderful house for our family of 8 to stay in for a few days. We were able to have friends over and take advantage of the space in the house - especially the large room that can comfortably seat twelve people for a meal. The kitchen is well equipped and large enough for 2-3 people to cook in at the same time. Three is a bit crowded, and more than three does not work. We appreciated the full sized washer and dryer. I was unfamiliar with the type of central heating/cooling unit installed in the house. When we first arrived the house was heated to a warmer temperature than I liked and I had some difficulty getting it to cool We were able to open windows to cool effectively most of the time (in November) except for the one bedroom that does not have a window to outside the house. That bedroom has a window into the largest room, but it did not produce the same airflow that other rooms had.

I thought it says 4 bedrooms & three bathrooms..it’s only three bedrooms & two bathrooms..

The property inside: nice & clean, nice to have the large room in the back for the over flow. The outside: dead grass front & backyard but was manageable…just which we had the extra bedroom & bathroom cuz we had guests over visiting we had family reunion.
