Enjoy the best that Kauai has to offer from the comfort of your own top floor Wailua Bay condo!
Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the ocean in your king bed and enjoy the oceanfront view from your private 3rd floor deck.
This is one of the few units at Lae Nani that has Air Conditioning throughout the condo.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need to prepare your own meals (or simply heat up leftovers from any of the many restaurants within walking distance), including full-size fridge/freezer with ice-maker.
Lae Nani offers beautifully manicured lawns, heated pool, tennis courts, BBQ area and more all on one of the most beautiful beaches on Kauai complete with a “keiki pool” for the kids, and a reef and tide pool.
One parking space in a secured lot is included. Please note: there is no elevator. To access this third floor unit, you will need to go up two flights of stairs.

50th Anniversary

We had the best stay at this beautiful condo. Perfect location for exploring the island. It is clean, comfortable & well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels and small ice chest. The lanai was our favorite spot to look out at the beach and lovely grounds and listen to the surf. This place is amazing!!!!

Perfect for Us

The location is central to the island and many things close by. The view is exquisite and the sound of surf was pleasantly constant. The ocean was right there, only steps away. An extremely nice rental. While you have to be able to carry your bags up three flights, you have no people above you that can sometimes sound like elephants walking around.

Our new favorite vaca spot! We fell in love with Lae Nani. Our condo was awesome with amazing views, and the host was very easy to communicate with and available for small issues or questions. We will definitely return!

Kauai dream vacation

Beautiful ... right on the ocean ... swimmable beach ... great pool to swim and chill after the waves ... Paradise!

This property did not disappoint. The view and sound of the ocean waves made it extra special. Beautiful property, centrally located on the island which made it easy to check out the whole island and close to the airport. We will be back!

Very nice property in a great location. Not too far from the North and South shores. Nicely furnished with all the amenities we needed. And the air conditioning in the unit was great! The manager even accommodated our request for an early check-in. Would highly recommend.

Very Relaxing

As soon as we arrived at our condo, I thought the photos don’t accurately show what a lovely location this is. The airlines left our luggage in Seattle, so we were distracted and frustrated, but when we walked onto the balcony and saw the surf, the grounds and the tiki torches it all melted away. The condo itself is very comfortable with good bedding, air conditioning in the main room as well as the bedroom and a nicely sized kitchen. The location suited us very well, being a short direct walk to the pool and a walking/biking trail. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to a variety of restaurants and retail stores. We liked Zorbas enough to go there twice. We enjoyed being on the top floor as it was surprisingly quiet. We were very happy to celebrate our 30th anniversary there and very much look forward to returning! Thanks, Joshua, for everything!

This was such an amazing location! The moment you walk in you are met with a gorgeous view of the water and the pristine property! You are so close to a beautiful beach, pool, shops and restaurants. The condo is beautiful and being in a gated community has the added feeling of seclusion. We could have done so much more to explore the island but found ourselves so content with our surroundings a lot of times we just wanted to stay in and relax and play in the water. The owner was very attentive to any questions and we would love to come back again!

Wonderful Stay!

Very nice condo on a beautiful property. Condo was very clean with comfortable bed and linens. Dining and living area were perfect for the two of us. We did some cooking and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Grills down below were a bonus. Loved having the additional half bath! A/C was definitely a bonus as it was a bit humid. Balcony with an amazing view of the ocean as well as nicely manicured grounds. Perfect place to enjoy a beverage and a bite to eat! The property itself is clean and beautiful
 quiet and peaceful . Location we thought, was absolutely the perfect with everything being fairly close by. The island is stunning and a true dream! We spent our 30th anniversary here and wouldn’t change a thing!

Perfect Kauai condo

Everything is just as described. Clean, comfortable condo with a lovely view in a quiet complex with lush landscaping. Would definitely stay here again. Kapa’a is the perfect place to stay on Kauai. Lots to do within walking distance or a very short drive, and its central location is an hour or less from just about anywhere.

Perfect Trip

We recently stayed 8 nights celebrating our 30th anniversary. This property was exceptional! It was clean, comfortable, quiet, beautifully decorated and well-stocked, and the view is incredible! The grounds are very pretty with beautiful plants and flowers and there are tiki torches at night. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. We loved being able to walk to Lava Lava Beach Club for great food and appreciated that they are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We ate at several other places, but it was nice to have the convenience of Lava Lava. The Coconut Marketplace is also an easy walk and the Island Country Market/ABC store there had just about everything we needed for simple groceries. Having a washer and dryer and full-unit AC were huge benefits. The property is gated and we felt very safe. The location was wonderful. We were able to easily travel North and South to explore other parts of the island. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely view

This gated community & this condo in particular was very comfortable, beautifully decorated with not only the furnishings but the tableware too. Ice maker was a plus. Having your own washer & dryer was also a plus. Loved the air conditioner too although having the lanai screen open allowed you to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Communication with owner was top notch. The view from the lanai was breathtaking & the location of this complex was perfect to the Coconut Market Place & other locations. We really enjoyed our short stay!
