Nice house with lots of space and good location

We were 2 family’s from Sweden who spent 16 nights at this villa 4 adults and 5 kids in the age between 11-17. Was satisfied with the house and location, although the house and standard is a bit old It work fine. Kids was complaining about the beds that was a bit squeaky. Calm and quiet area with closeness to major roads that would take you to all sites in Orlando area. Was also a newly built Walmart just minutes away that wasn’t marked on google maps yet but if you drive Funie steed Rd and instead of turning left on Formosa Gardens Blvd you cross it in to the gravel road you reach the Walmart in 2 minutes. Paid for pool heating which was set to 84F/29C which was nice, downside is that the pool is in a northern position of the house so now in December-January you don't get a lot of sun in the pool area. Also contact person Sarah was really helpful and quick to answer question during booking.

A little disappointed.

Overall the house was well appointed, And the price was decent. But the lack of communication was not ideal. I tried to call three times and left two voicemails to see about getting the pool heat turned on but I never got ahold of anyone and didn’t ever get a call back. It was pretty cool outside so the kids only got in the pool for a little bit then decided it was too cold and never got in again. We also saw two roaches so that wasn’t great either.

Overall very nice place in a gated neighborhood. The place was a bit dirty but we cleaned it up as best we could and everything else was fine

Excellent location

Excellent communication with the owner, easy check in procedure, amazing location and a great property with a great pool. I can honestly highly recommend this, we had a great stay and the theme parks/shopping outlets are not that far away by car.

Orlando Family Holiday

Stayed just over two weeks. House ideally located for Disney-15/20 mins. House is big and spacious big enough for two families. Lanai is big, spacious and overlooks the lake. We walked and ran around the gated community and was very pleasant. Communicated with Sarah from initial booking with little variations etc and always quick response and helpful-great host.

Incredible

Our stay was amazing we loved staying there. There was no noice and it was in the right place grocery stores wasn’t far or close right in the right spot. We loved the pool especially the kids. The beds were super comfortable the distance between the rooms was also at the right point.

Wonderful

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. All the beds were very comfortable and the villa was well stocked with towels and linens. The pool area was our favourite place to relax and look out over the lake. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Disney vacation/Graduation celebration

We went to Disney World everyday so sometimes the traffic was bad. The adult teenagers did not want to stay all day till close at Disney so we drove them back to the house and picked up groceries at Super Walmart to make dinner. My husband and I went back to Disney and enjoyed the park to get our moneys worth while they stayed and swam. It was my daughter(18), her best friend and our daughter’s boyfriend, and our 15 year old son who stayed back and had fun. They hooked up the Nintendo switch to the tv and played just dance. This happened about 3 of the days we stayed. Our family loved it and the our youngest talked about coming back sometime.

Our Family Vacation

The house was exactly what we needed for our family of 8 vacation. Very spacious. Very close to restaurants and stores. Not far from Universal Studios. It was especially nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals. The pool was very relaxing after longs day at the park.

Disney Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our Disney family vacation. The house was spacious, centrally located for all the theme parks and shopping and the pool was perfect after a hot day in the parks.

WDW trip

Great location lots of restaurants nearby. Check in easy. Had everything we needed. Didn’t even use upstairs. Pool was clean and warm with floaties available. Good communication.

Excellent Orlando bolthole

The villa is in an excellent location in a properly gated neighborhood. Shops, restaurants and parks all within a quick drive. Villa is well laid out and furnished well. Only things that let it down where the cleanliness of the communal areas - bathrooms etc all clean but living areas not so much. And creaky beds - a common Florida villa let down, they must all shop at the creaky beds store. All in all a pleasant stay and great location.

Great house with 2 downstairs bedrooms

We loved our stay here. My husband wasn’t able to climb the stairs but thankfully there was 2 bedrooms downstairs. Great house. Very clean. Had plenty of linens, towels and cookware.

This house has it all!

Close to Disney but also spacious and relaxing for those much needed relaxation days! I loved hanging in the pool while my husband fished in the lake. Perfect for a large group of friends and family.

Beautiful, spacious, well-equipped home!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home is beautiful and very spacious. The common areas were great for spending time together yet spacious enough to spread out! We all enjoyed the pool area and the master bath was amazing! The house was well-equipped with everything you would need! The house was a perfect location for the parks and other fun activities . The host had recommended Disney Celebration and Mount Dora. We went to both of these small towns and enjoyed them very much! Our favorite restaurants, which were very close to the house was The Warf & Lizzie's Barbecue. Sara was also a great host! We highly recommend staying at Sunset Lakes!
