There's a large TV with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO, as well as a minifridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. This location is easy walking distance to Downtown and South Slope restaurants and breweries. Park anywhere on the street, walk to your brewery of choice, and relax in the hot tub under the stars!

Clean, quiet, nicely appointed, great location

My husband and I stayed overnight and were very pleased with how clean, comfortable, and beautiful the guest room was - the outdoor area was lovely and very private. It was perfect for our overnight and close enough to walk into town. The bottle of wine, coffee, and bottled water were appreciated :)

Easy access to the property, clean room and hot tub, good location to walk downtown. (We walked to Harrah’s for a concert.) Very nice hospitality, amenities, and host!

Exactly what we were looking for.

We were just up for an evening to attend a show at the Orange Peel. Super close, super private and very nice with exceptional amenities. Coffee, tea, wine, bottled water, it was very nice!

Respite with Luxury

Tucked in close to the South Slope; private; quiet; well appointed; small and cozy; luxurious bedding; the hot tub is 5star; clean and green; way better than a hotel room; damn near with everything you need (maybe bring your own snacking utensils) . only down: could be tight quarters if you carry much luggage or are two larger folks. i am a nurse taking a "stay 5 minutes from the hospital / work three in a row" work--Staycation. Thank you So Much kind Clinton I would love to stay again

Perfect location Wonderful overall experience

Location was perfectly situated for easy access to RAD as well as downtown. Street parking for cars was ample and safe. Accommodations were clean and comfortable - no details were over looked. Clinton is an excellent host - communicative, responsive, thoughtful. Hot tub was a huge plus! Somewhat tight quarters, so best for an individual or couple - it was perfect for us! Will book again in the future and highly recommend

Quaint and Cozy

We stayed at Clintons property while our daughter was at camp. The location was easy to access and a great comb of city/mountain exploring! It was about a 40 minute drive to Chimney Rock State park and within walking distance to local bars, breweries and restaurants. Clinton was a great host, who made sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed and recommended some great local spots! The room is quaint and cozy, but very comfortable! One thing I do wish it had was a set or drawers or place to hang clothes. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to couples or singles looking to explore Asheville and the surrounding areas!

The room was lovely and having the hot tub in the backyard was especially nice. Quiet street but easy walk to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Studio Stay!

My wife and I had a great stay in this studio off the south slope! Clinton was an amazing host and the location, cleanliness, and amenities were as listed. Very private, easy to get too, and plenty of parking. If we are in Asheville again, we will be coming back!

Perfect Location for a Simple Getaway

We had a great stay at Clinton's location. The room was clean and had great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable bed, and nespresso machine! It was an easy walk downtown and we felt safe and secure. We would love to return again in the future.

Convenient and clean
