Very convenient location with a comfortable bed, and also very clean. I really appreciated that they allowed us to bring our dog, who was very comfortable with the accommodations as well. This is a great area and very convenient to anywhere you'd want to get in the Asheville area.

This rental has several standout qualities, including a great location, a peaceful neighborhood, and hosts who were incredibly responsive and accommodating.Positives:Great location. It was close to everything and easily walkable to downtown Asheville. The rental itself was very quiet, as was the surrounding neighborhood. The Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch and worked well. The hosts were extremely responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay.Toiletries were provided, which was appreciated.Negatives:The setup felt a bit unusual. The kitchenette was located in the bedroom, and dishes had to be washed in the bathroom sink.We found it unsuitable for a four-day stay because there were no laundry facilities. There were very few electrical outlets, which made working remotely difficult. For example, there was no outlet near the only desk, making it challenging to set up a workspace.Overall, the location, quiet setting, and attentive hosts were definite strengths, but the layout and limited amenities made it less convenient for a longer stay.
