The bright, open interior comes well-appointed for guest comfort with updated design and amenities. The full kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy cleanup. There's seating for three at the breakfast bar and the dining table is set for four. A handy wet bar comes equipped with a mini-fridge for happy hour convenience. Central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.
Both bedrooms feature en suite bathroom access for guest privacy. A shared, half-bath is also available for household convenience.
Things to Know
Construction is underway on the outside wall coating project. (South balconies should not be affected before January.) When the southside (balcony-side) portion of the project commences, outdoor furniture must be temporarily moved inside the vacation rental. Noise and minor inconveniences can be expected.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
