Denna nyrenoverade beachfront lägenhet ligger på fluffiga sands i Orange Beach, Alabama. Nyligen genomförda renoveringar ger en ren, uppdaterad och fullt utrustade lägenhet för din semester på stranden. Beläget på Regency Isle där bekvämligheter är riklig och tillgång till stranden, restauranger, shopping och aktiviteter är enkla och bekväma.
Fastigheten har både inomhus och utomhuspooler, grillning och lekplats för barn.
Enheten är en två sovrum, 2. 5 badrum skönhet, som sover 8 bekvämt (inklusive utdragbar soffa). Köket har totalrenoverats med nya skåp (välfyllda), granitdiskar och uppdaterade apparater. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och eget badrum, med det andra sovrummet inklusive en queen size-säng, våningssäng och eget badrum. Enheten har också tvätt och 1/2 bad.
Den stora balkongen har utsikt över poolen och havet och har ett vardagsrum för efterkoppling av stranden eller en eftermiddag med tyst läsning medan du lyssnar på ljudet av havet.

Vi ligger på en lugnare del av stranden, men fortfarande nära restauranger, shopping och aktiviteter. Enheten vetter mot bukten och tillgång till stranden är lätt.

Clean and great location

John and Lesley were great to deal with from sending us recommendations before our trip to responding to an issue we had promptly. It shows they take pride in their place by how well kept and clean it is. The condo facilities were well maintained from the pool area to the gas grill picnic area. The third floor was nice having the option to take the stairs or elevator. We loved sitting on the balcony with early morning coffee enjoying the perfect beach view.Lots to do in the area with good restaurants and boutique shopping to chain stores. We had a great time on a fishing trip being able to take our catch to a yacht club to cook for us. Thank you for sharing your place with us as it was our first but won’t be our last time in this area.

Comfortable & Attentive

Our beach staycation was truly revitalizing! Renting this property made my husband and I feel entirely at home while enjoying the sun and long walks on the shoreline in the sand while on the beach. The view from the condo was absolutely stunning, with panoramic views of the ocean that took our breath away from sunrise to sunset every time we looked out. Inside, the condo was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately set us at ease. The kitchen was particularly noteworthy, featuring an array of high-quality appliances and thoughtfully selected utensils that allowed us to whip up delicious meals effortlessly. Every detail was meticulously considered, making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Just perfect!

Condo was just as advertised, even better. Could not believe how clean and high-end everything was! Getting to the beach was a breeze as the condo is right on the beach. The grounds were maintained so well. We took their advice of renting an umbrella and chairs from Ike’s for the week. look forward to visiting again soon.

Awesome Property!

We stayed at the property for 10 nights. Absolutely beautiful condo. The property was well-maintained and had excellent amenities. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool as well as hot tubs. The facility was kept up very nicely. The remodel condo was spacious, tastefully, decorated and very comfortable. Well equipped, honestly couldn’t ask for more. The owners were very responsive and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for an awesome day.

first time at orange beach

my spouse and i really enjoyed our stay at this condo. loved the decor and it was very clean. Everything we needed was provided. the beach is a short walk and both pools are very nice and well maintained. spouse used the exercise room and steam room. communication with leslie was excellent! everyone we met was very friendly. many restaurants and shops are a short drive or walk. we plan to return and hope to stay at this condo in the future. thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Restful vacation

Very clean, had everything we needed. Beautiful view of ocean. Bathrooms could be upgraded but sufficient the way they are. We had a great stay at the property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, well stocked. Our only issue was the lack tv programming available. We are in our 70's and were there for only rest and relaxation. So if you are wanting to look at TV, the choice is extremely limited. The Shower is very tight and do not get in the bath tub in the main bedroom. It is very small and unsafe due to no grab bars and it's fiberglass so it's very slippery. I had a lot of difficulty getting out. Other than these issues, we would recommend this unit highly.

Excellent Stay!

Family summer fun!

First and foremost, the owner was responsive and very friendly. Over the many years we have visited this area, I've met only 1 other who went above and beyond to insure the property was in perfect condition. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. The location on the 3rd floor made it easily accessible to the stairs. All building amenities were in working condition. BBQ grill area is super nice and grills appeared to be cleaned daily. We would absolutely love to rent from rhis owner and stay at this property in the future...the weather was a bit more rainy than other years, but the accommodations were delightful.

Welcoming for sure!

Loved this condo! So Very Clean. Lots of beach toys and chairs/towels.. 2 chairs were broke didn’t notice til took to beach but no big deal. Happy they at least had beach stuff. They had extra stuff if you ran out of the supplies for kitchen and bathroom things. Just felt very Homey and comfortable! Enjoyed!!

Convenient parking. Nice location to be able to take stairs to pool or beach. Loved large balcony. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Was great to have pack-n-play to use.

Family vacation

Beautiful condo! Had a fantastic week!! Very clean and well stocked kitchen!! Loved sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves, even saw some dolphins! Our 9 year old loved the bunk bed! Would definitely stay here again!!
