Cheerful 4 Bedroom Pool Home - Minutes From Disney

Bring the family to this cheerful home just 10 minutes from the Disney area. Home provides plenty of space to stretch out after a day filled with adventure and a game room for those with remaining energy. Enjoy the private pool (heated with fee) and relax while taking in the serene view overlooking the community lake. Location is close to many popular dining and shopping options. We welcome up to two pets (dogs) with a small pet fee.

Our home has four separate bedrooms with three full bathrooms, ample closet space, and an open floor plan for kitchen/living and dining spaces. The dining room opens to an outdoor lanai seating area. The pool is fully screened in allowing you to enjoy being outside without the critters enjoying you! You will have plenty of room to stretch out. The kitchen provides ample counterspace for prepping full meals or simple snacks. Floor to ceiling windows along the back walls provide plenty of natural light and views over the lake.

We have made many memories here and trust your family will do the same! Come on out, relax and enjoy!

We liked the location of the house, however here's a few things displeased us. The first thing is that in the ad it was written that the pool was heated and it was not. We contacted the host and the latter told us that it was not included in the price. However in the ad it was not written that there were extra fees to pay, but now it is written in their ad after the fact. We had to pay $375 extra. In all the rooms the mattresses were in quite a sorry state and we probably weren't the first to complain because they tried to solve the problem with mattress toppers, but it simply wasn't enough. We took anti-inflammatories every day because we woke up with back pain. In terms of cleanliness it left something to be desired. Spider webs on the lamps, several layers of dust on the moldings etc. I believe that only the bare necessities are done between each rental. Maybe they should occasionally skip a week of rental to do a little more thorough cleaning than just cleaning the beds and floors.

Because it's the best. :) After viewing countless properties, this one provided the environment we were seeking in a vacation home. This home is beautiful, quiet, peaceful, spacious, and private yet it's just a short drive to all the action.
