- Up to 2 well-behaved, housebroken dogs (max. 100 lbs each) allowed with a $250 non-refundable deposit at booking.
- No parties allowed—guests will be asked to leave and forfeit payments/deposits if this policy is violated.
- Renters must be 25 or older to book.
- Security camera on the front of the house is in place for safety purposes only.
- Folly Beach enforces a strict noise ordinance, so loud music or noise at any time could result in fines. Repeated violations will lead to guests being asked to leave.
