This was our third time staying at this charming home. The location is perfect, conveniently close to entertainment venues and restaurants. We absolutely love the spaciousness of the house, with its fully equipped kitchen and private pool. And let’s not forget the reserved beach seating—a definite plus! A huge thank you to Johnny, our incredibly attentive host, for making our stay so enjoyable. We can’t wait to return!

We had the pleasure of staying at this house for the second time, and it was an absolute delight. The house felt like home, and the pool and nearby beach provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The private beach was a highlight, and knowing that Chandler had our chairs ready for us made our stay even more enjoyable.

The home was very clean. The layout, pool, and proximity to the beach were perfect for our family. The view from the pool/deck was beautiful. We had a small issue with getting the correct code to get through the front gate but the host was very quick to respond and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Vacation

Really enjoyed staying here. The walk to the beach was not far at all and my 2 year old had a blast walking over the bridge. Afternoons by the pool overlooking the lake was awesome as well!

Very nice property with heated pool (65 per day) in gated area of Destin a couple of blocks from the beach. Overlooks lake. Well stocked kitchen. Artificial turf rather than real grass so need to walk pets across the street to relieve themselves. Wifi/Internet was unreliable. Pool light was not operable.

Hey, Gary! Thanks so much for your 5-star review! Glad you enjoyed your stay! That pool light has never been operable, which is why we do not include it in our description/photos. My apologies for any inconvenience, as well as for the internet, I have reached out to the ISP and the situation has since been resolved! And for the record, it's all right to let pets relieve themselves on the artificial turf just as you would on regular grass, and then clean up after them just the same either way! :) Thanks again for your kind words and valuable feedback, happy to host you again anytime!

A Great Location!!!

We enjoyed the great views of the lake and the easy walk to the beach. We took 2 mile walks each morning; then spent a couple of hours at beach each day. The home was comfortable, spacious and nicely laid out.

Beach Getaway!

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Destin! Large enough for our family to all have their own space, very well appointed with everything we needed, best of all the outdoor space included a private pool, fire pit, bbq and access to the fishing pond.

Perfect Location

Our group was here on a bachelorette trip. We enjoyed the pool, location to everything, beach, etc. The property owners were quick to respond on any issues. The property was as described and in a beautiful setting. We were pleasantly surprised at how close to the beach and the ease of access it was. The rooms were nice and we had plenty of space of our party of 8!
