Welcome to P-29, our little bit of Peace by the Sea. Our family beach home is located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Community, where you have access to all the amenities!
P-29 is located on Ibis Drive in Ocean Lakes. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME ABOUT SNOWBIRD DISCOUNTS DURING THE MONTHS OF DEC-APRIL
This is a 24 hour gated community with a private security patrol to keep the area safe. There are church services in the recreation center, as well as on the beach on Sundays if you want to go, everyone is invited. All of these amenities are INCLUDED in the parking pass, ( $12-$15/vehicle per day)

****Parking Fee is collected by Ocean Lakes Resort via express check in or upon arrival.
($12-$15/ per vehicle per day) I, the homeowner will initiate the express check-in process for all guests to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival.
If your booking more the 30 days out the Express Check-In parking pass will save you $2/vehicle per day and you will be able to skip the office and go straight to the house when you arrive.
ALL the fees are set and handled by the resort after the express check in process has been initiated.

Ocean Lakes has an Olympic size pool, indoor heated pool, 3 kiddy pools, water slide, and a lazy river open Memorial Day to Labor Day! In-door pool available year round. At the pavilion they have an arcade, and scheduled events in the recreation center. Just behind the water park is the Meet n ‘Eat that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy or join in on some Karaoke on Friday evenings.

Golf carts can be rented through Ocean Lakes.

Enjoy family dinners on the large deck or inside with a full kitchen. Outdoor TV, chairs and picnic table are located under the porch for movie nights while enjoying the beach breeze.

Three bedroom stilt house with large porch that comfortably sleeps 8. 1 King and 2 Queen beds, One Queen sofa bed and a twin sofa bed. TVs in all bedrooms. TV in living room as well as outdoor TV.

shower with hot and cold water
