Very relaxing stay

My girlfriend and I stayed here last week and had the most relaxing and enjoyable time. The property is right on the beach, it’s peaceful, and the weather was amazing. Plus, the bedroom has a window facing the beach and you are able to hear the waves crashing at night. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

Perfect little beach condo

The room was fantastic and very clean. Great location, easy parking. There was construction going on during our stay but it didn't bother us. Would definitely stay again.

Older building needs TLC, balcony has obstructed view of ocean, storm damage still under construction, pool not finished, shower head very low, bed on soft side. FYI laundry takes quarters, 2 wash 2 dry, designated parking spot in garage narrow. Nice location.

The building have been renovated and very nice now. The renovation outside the building has been in progress, still works to be done. The pool is being built and will be done soon. The pool decks will be built and landscape will be done after that. There are high chairs in the balcony for full views of the ocean. The lower chairs have obstructed views by the rails. The showerhead will be replaced with a handheld for taller guests. Thanks for the feedback! The bed mattress is actual medium firm. Thanks for information on the coin laundry.

Clean, well appointed and great location. We appreciated the addition of USB-A & USB-C charging ports in several locations.There were several good restaurants within walking distance. The beach was great just wished the weather had been warmer during our stay. We still enjoyed watching the dolphins and birds. Check in instructions were clear and easily followed. There was covered parking available but it was tight so I would suggest parking in the open lot especially in the cooler months. The host was very responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time!

We loved the condo! It was clean and had almost everything we needed for a great stay. We loved that it was only an hour from Orlando, but we still got our beach time too. The owner replied to any questions really fast and gave detailed instructions.

Nice getaway from the northeast over winter break

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and were very comfortable. It is nicely furnished with a beautiful ocean view and easy beach access. Mark was an excellent host and was very responsive to our queries and requests. From here we could drive up and down to other beaches and coastal towns as well. We stayed for two weeks and it was ideal for our needs.
