This condo was the perfect little oasis! Right on the beach, clean and tidy, wonderfully cozy. It wasn’t long before I felt right at home. I hope to stay here again someday!

Great place currently under construction to repair damage from last seasons hurricanes. I would love to go back when the repairs are completed!

Just what we needed. The property was great for what we needed. We walked the ocean rode bicycles and observed nature. Very relaxing stay.

5-8-2024 Condo was nice, great view from deck for rocket launch's. Due to on going construction there was no beach access and no swimming pool. Once the construction is complete it will be nice.

Very clean, comfortable home feeling and great communication with the owner! Looking to return again

It was very comfortable and a great ocean view from the balcony which we had our coffee out there as we listened to the sound of the waves rolling in. Even though repairs (outside of part of the building and pool) are being conducted it did not affect our stay. The owner communicated well with us and made us feel so welcome! We certainly look to return again in the near future! Thank you.

Great place to stay!

You can see sunrise over the beach on one side of the patio and sunset on the other. We watched the dolphins swim by and If you are sitting outside, you can hear reveille from Patrick Airforce Base in the moring. We watched a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! We would go back and stay again. And a plus… the owner called us and let us in early!!

Wonderful experience

This unit was perfect for us. The owner provided all of the supplies that we needed for our stay. The unit had a nice, comfortable layout with an outside balcony (complete with its own table & chairs) which gave an amazing view of the beach & ocean since this is a beachfront building. Both the kitchen & bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled & luxurious. The owner was great to work with & made the check in process easy. We liked this place so much that we hope to stay there again! It was a fantastic week!!!

Nice condo

Nice condo; very clean; well furnished; up-to-date; hands-on owner; excellent location for Kennedy Space Center, restaurants, and golf courses; limited parking due to construction equipment; some daytime noise due to outside repairs but liveable; nice beach but access only from the nearby park about a 3-minute walk and no pool yet due to hurricane damage; would return soon.

Room had chunks of wall missing. Pool was closed! Had to walk a long way to get to beach. No beach access on property! The advertisement was very misleading. Future guesses should pass on this rental

Cute vacation spot

The condo was clean and quaint. The building itself was very quiet and comfortable. It was my husband and I and 2 kids that stayed. The kids were able to sleep on the pull out couch while we took the master bedroom. Lots of extra linens and bedding. The kitchen is set up well for cooking even though we opted for quick fixes and take out. I will say the building is currently under construction so the parking lot was a little tight. There was no direct access to the beach from the condo because of this. However, you could access the beach by walking 1/4 of a mile down the sidewalk. You can also drive about 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach. Overall we had a great vacation and would come again!

Great beach condo getaway for a Married Couple to reconnect

My wife and me rented the beach condo for a week. We came down for a family wedding. What a great condo for a husband and wife to reconnect with each other. Very private. We loved sitting outside on the lanai at night. You got a great view towards the north. You can watch the waves crash ashore and/or can watch the main street out front. If there is a launch at Cape Canerval you can see it perfectly. We watched a Space X Falcon 9 launch. Gentleman your wife will love this unit. Its perfect for just relaxing and reconnecting. I dont think we ever turned on either of the two monster sized flat screen TVs ...maybe once to see the weather forecast? You have 4 beach access parks within 1 mile. One is a 5-10 min walk, the other three are a 3-5 min drive or less. Cocoa Beach is a 10 min drive north. Port Canaveral seafood restaurants along the southern waterfront of the port is a 15 min drive to the north. My word of advice...Leave the kids at home. Bring your wifes favorite bottle of wine. Turn off your phone and spend a week alone. Very clean. Also very good access for wheelchair guests.

We arrived at 2am, the lock box for the keys was in the garage and the box was hard to get open. The front door to the building was very sketchy looking. The whole building was some what run down and extremely out dated. The hallways were not air conditioned, very hot and stuffy. The walk to the beach was long, thru hot and stuffy hallways. We actually went and bought a sheet,pillows,pillowcases, and a blanket for our bed. The sheets that were provided had fuzz balls on them and someone else’s hairs. Yuck! The pillows were very strange, still not sure what they were. There was a hole in the arm of the couch in the living room. The chair at the kitchen table .....the seat was not completely attached , I almost fell off of it . The cushions on the chairs were dirty. The top of the fridge was very dirty. Oh and they left a used bar of soap and a used razor in the shower for us......Really who does that......needless to say it went in the trash.This place needs a lot of updating and a lot more attention paid to details. I will not stay at this property again. It could be a nice place with updating and some attention to details. Very disappointing!

Communication with the host was prompt. The location of the property on Satellite Beach was perfect, with it being basically a private beach to the residents of the building.

The Sandpiper Tower is, and always has been, an extremely popular building with folks on vacation! It has an excellent reputation, is very well maintained, efficiently managed, and of course it is ocean front! We love Satellite Beach because it is a quiet serene beach town, yet it is just a stones throw to all of the nearby dining, shopping, and activities. For your convenience within one block of your condo you will find several restaurants (Italian, Thai, breakfast), a popular bar, a sports bar, a couple of pizza parlors, 711, and Target.
