5-8-2024 Condo was nice, great view from deck for rocket launch's. Due to on going construction there was no beach access and no swimming pool. Once the construction is complete it will be nice.

Wonderful experience

This unit was perfect for us. The owner provided all of the supplies that we needed for our stay. The unit had a nice, comfortable layout with an outside balcony (complete with its own table & chairs) which gave an amazing view of the beach & ocean since this is a beachfront building. Both the kitchen & bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled & luxurious. The owner was great to work with & made the check in process easy. We liked this place so much that we hope to stay there again! It was a fantastic week!!!

Super lejlighed. Perfekt for et ægtepar (måske med et enkelt barn) Dog er den pågående reparation af Seawall er meget omfangsrig og hindrer adgang til stranden samt swimming pool.

Eine Wohnung aus dem letzten Jahrtausend

Leider gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer (Baustelle wg Hurrikan). Wohnung hat alles. Ist aber technisch sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Pfannen, Töpfe gehören erneuert. Bett ist hervorragend.

Affordable!

Nice place-host was very kind! This is an economy stay, there is no pool or beach access at property. Best beach acess is 5 walk SOUTH- seagull park. Overall nice place- lots of construction. Can’t beat it for 100 a night.

Room had chunks of wall missing. Pool was closed! Had to walk a long way to get to beach. No beach access on property! The advertisement was very misleading. Future guesses should pass on this rental

Nice Stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The owner needs to update his photos to reflect updates he has made to his condo. The kitchen & living room are much nicer than the photos shown. This condo is directly on the beach, but the property is under construction. No beach / pool access. You’ll have to walk down the street to get to the beach. Even though there is construction going on, the condo is quite. Overall, you can’t go wrong for the price of this condo.

Great beach condo getaway for a Married Couple to reconnect

My wife and me rented the beach condo for a week. We came down for a family wedding. What a great condo for a husband and wife to reconnect with each other. Very private. We loved sitting outside on the lanai at night. You got a great view towards the north. You can watch the waves crash ashore and/or can watch the main street out front. If there is a launch at Cape Canerval you can see it perfectly. We watched a Space X Falcon 9 launch. Gentleman your wife will love this unit. Its perfect for just relaxing and reconnecting. I dont think we ever turned on either of the two monster sized flat screen TVs ...maybe once to see the weather forecast? You have 4 beach access parks within 1 mile. One is a 5-10 min walk, the other three are a 3-5 min drive or less. Cocoa Beach is a 10 min drive north. Port Canaveral seafood restaurants along the southern waterfront of the port is a 15 min drive to the north. My word of advice...Leave the kids at home. Bring your wifes favorite bottle of wine. Turn off your phone and spend a week alone. Very clean. Also very good access for wheelchair guests.

We Loved our stay. The only issue was the remodeling noise and dust, but we knew about this beforehand. Our room was very clean, spacious and quiet. We had a good view of the beautiful ocean. Thank you again. Will be renting this again in the future.

Great place to stay!

You can see sunrise over the beach on one side of the patio and sunset on the other. We watched the dolphins swim by and If you are sitting outside, you can hear reveille from Patrick Airforce Base in the moring. We watched a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! We would go back and stay again. And a plus… the owner called us and let us in early!!

Very clean, comfortable home feeling and great communication with the owner! Looking to return again

It was very comfortable and a great ocean view from the balcony which we had our coffee out there as we listened to the sound of the waves rolling in. Even though repairs (outside of part of the building and pool) are being conducted it did not affect our stay. The owner communicated well with us and made us feel so welcome! We certainly look to return again in the near future! Thank you.

Cute vacation spot

The condo was clean and quaint. The building itself was very quiet and comfortable. It was my husband and I and 2 kids that stayed. The kids were able to sleep on the pull out couch while we took the master bedroom. Lots of extra linens and bedding. The kitchen is set up well for cooking even though we opted for quick fixes and take out. I will say the building is currently under construction so the parking lot was a little tight. There was no direct access to the beach from the condo because of this. However, you could access the beach by walking 1/4 of a mile down the sidewalk. You can also drive about 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach. Overall we had a great vacation and would come again!

Fantastic!!!!

Our first time in Florida & our stay in Sandpiper Towers was everything we expected. The condo was clean, comfortable. The ocean view is amazing. Launch sightings, Pelican fly overs & all other beach activities. Our landlord explained to us the detoured beach access & no pool including the ongoing construction. We were able to make the best out the of situation & had a memorable time. We plan to visit Satellite Beach next year.

Nice condo

Nice condo; very clean; well furnished; up-to-date; hands-on owner; excellent location for Kennedy Space Center, restaurants, and golf courses; limited parking due to construction equipment; some daytime noise due to outside repairs but liveable; nice beach but access only from the nearby park about a 3-minute walk and no pool yet due to hurricane damage; would return soon.

Even though the building is not a new building, it is extremely popular with an excellent reputation very well maintained, very efficiently managed with a beautiful private ocean view pool, well furnished with lounges by private beach area, with no public access nearby. two miles on A1A to Chabad, six miles to heart of Cocoa Beach. Extremely quite and relaxing, game room with ping pong near the pool area.
Please be aware that in mid June 2021 a construction job on the exterior of the buildings facade is starting, pls contact me for updates
