The neighborhood is a quiet enclave 2 mins from the Route 77, on the northeast side of uptown. An easy drive to Ovens Auditorium, Bojangles Coliseum or the Park Expo and Conference Center. Our community is one of the most convenient locations in the City, accessible to anywhere inside of I-485 (outer loop around Charlotte) within a 20-minute drive, and all of the uptown areas and most of South Charlotte in less than 10 minutes!

This corner of town is a mix of new construction, older homes, diverse races, ages, and incomes. The Neighborhood is currently being revitalized , we are excited for what is to come. Adventure through the city easily from this prime location.
