We have addressed your concerns with our pool vendor. Unfortunately, your week coincided with unusually windy weather, which resulted in additional sand, debris, and insects accumulating in the pool. While that can be common in our coastal environment, we understand it impacted your experience and are sorry the pool did not meet expectations. We are also sorry to hear that you found nails around the newly constructed decks. The decks had just been completed prior to your arrival, and another guest had stayed at the property without reporting any concerns. We made every effort to remove any construction debris, but we apologize if we missed a nail or two. Regarding the inspection notes you referenced, I am not aware of any identified issues that were left unaddressed prior to your arrival. We conduct a final inspection after cleaning and before releasing the property to guests. We ask guests not to arrive prior to check-in because inspectors, maintenance personnel, and vendors may still be completing final preparations, and vehicles in the driveway can delay that process. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes. While we are disappointed your experience may cause you to reconsider staying with us in the future, we are grateful you chose this property and appreciate your comments.

Hi Amber, We appreciate your feedback. While we cannot rearrange the layout all of the other issues listed have been addressed. The skimmer net was purchased during your stay but arrived once you checked out. New pots and pans have been purchased and the quarterly pest control service has been rendered.
