The remote controls need some work. There was an explanation (which I'm super thankful for) but it was pretty inconvenient.

Clean but not comfortable

Very clean But living room was very hot stayed in 80’s with the window air and fan. Mater bed is very uncomfortable,Had to share Remotes for master and living room tv. One room did not have air condition or a fan.

Good for What We Needed

I will say first that the property manager is lovely. We were able to check in early after our flight got rerouted and I really appreciated that. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and we were very pleased not to have loud neighbors etc, even with the fourth of July.The house appeared clean at first, and it was for the most part, but we could tell the previous party must have had confetti/glitter because it got on our socks, house shoes etc. We were surprised to see the window ac units as that was not in the listing. They kept the house cool, almost too cool. Unfortunately the ones in the bedrooms were different as they either kept the room freezing, or weren't keeping the room cold enough. Several of us mentioned being hot at night and waking up freezing. The other issue we had was the bugs. I know its the south, but we saw one live roach and several dead roaches throughout the house, including the leg of one in the twin bed in the back room. We didnt complain as we understand it happens, but the dead bugs were under the bed, etc and the corner of the room which makes us wonder how clean it was. The second bathroom is missing the toilet rack off the wall as well. Also, just as a side note, we had to wash the sheets because the detergent that was used was too strong and made us cough at night. We bought a free and clear detergent and left it at the house.I don’t mean to complain, but some of these could be easily remedied. The house is very close to downtown Atl.

A Girl's Trip Sensation!

The property was perfect and accommodating for our stay. It was definitely a hit amongst the ladies . Rooms are spacious loved the open floor concept. It was home away from home! It was relatively close to all attractions we came for. The host was very attentive when it came to providing remotes for the TV's. I would recommend this property for anyone, it's well worth the stay. Thanks for the southern hospitality .

Property Swap

My review is actually for the property manager and not this home. Unfortunately I was not able to stay at this beautifully described property due to being double booked. I called the number listed and Ana made it an urgent matter to correct this mistake. Within the hour she had a new property booked for me and my friends very close to this property. I look forward to actually staying here one day in the future, but I'll definitely be searching properties managed by Ana to ensure a great stay.
