Best newly constructed, downtown, long term discounts accepted, just 4 blocks to mainstreet shops resturaunts, bars, city park 1/2 block. Mtn bke trails 2.5 miles. This guesthouse is separate and private from the victorian duplex on the front of the property and your access can be from Chipeta street or from the back, (closer) with 2 private parking spaces. Security codes for gates front and rear. A well appointed 1 bedroom King bed with additional murphy bed in livingroom, central air, private patio/BBQ

This cute, updated apartment had everything we needed. We walked downtown several times for shopping and happy hour. Amenities were thoughtful, including a welcome note with chocolates!

Parents weekend

What a wonderful stay. Tom was an excellent host. He had lots of little touches that most don’t think of. From the basket of muffins to chargers by every bed, Tom thought of it all. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when we are back in GJ!

This little oasis is my new favorite when staying in Grand Junction. Had everything you could want in an in town rental. This place was perfect with too many amenities to list. If you’re staying in Junction and this is available you should definitely consider it.

Fabulous!

This property is too cute! Although this unit is situated over the garage and outside temps were in the 20's we stayed warm and cozy. The area is in between CMU and a few blocks (walking distance) from downtown GJ. Tom, the host, has thought of everything. Definitely, recommend staying here. Tom, you rock!

Amazing upscale stay

Stayed for 2 nights here. Tom was absolutely the cooleset host and promptly answered questions. Very hospitable. Out fo all my VRBO stays, this one was probably the most clean, well maintained, and warm place Ive been. You can tell that Tom really takes pride in his place. So cool to see. Will absolutely be back that way at some point.

A Grand Junction Gem

We loved every minute of our stay! The level of thoughtfulness that Tom put into this guesthouse is nothing short of incredible... the design, the decor, the fully stocked cupboards and drawers, and the Mesa County info. Tom goes above and beyond to make visitors feel welcome. The apartment was clean, comfy, and convenient to Main Street. It's a pleasant 15 minute walk to Main Street and the many restaurants and galleries, and it's handy to have off-street parking as well. The area provides an amazing array of hiking opportunities, and as much as we loved the natural beauty it was equally delightful to return to this guest house each evening. Thank you, Tom, for hosting us! We hope to have the opportunity to return to the area and stay in this guesthouse again.

Loved It!

Better than expected! Elegant, cozy, well appointed details. Everything was clean, and beautiful. Great vibe! Tom went out of his way to make us feel comfortable
. even had a welcome array of goodies, games, maps of things to do in the area. The layout of the apartment was perfect. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful with all new appliances and fixtures. The shower was great! Decorated beautifully! Immediately felt at home. The location was great! Just a few short blocks to Main St., Grand Junction for shopping and restaurants. Had a great time! Thank you Tom! We will definitely be back!

I was surprised that any place could have that many 10 star ratings. After staying there, I would have given it more stars if that would have been possible. It was the best! We never moved our car during the stay because we could walk to everything. It was clean and the bed was great.
