Bedroom #3- Two twin beds, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, 43" HD TV with CABLE + Netflix and all major streaming services.
Bedroom #4- Queen sized bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, 43" HD TV with CABLE + Netflix and all major streaming services. convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices.

Bedroom's #5 & #6- PLEASE NOTE- This is the 2BR/1BTH guest house which is just 3 steps from the back door of the main house but is a separate structure and great if some groups want a little more privacy.

Common Area sleeping- The guest house has a small living room w 55" TV and a comfortable sleeper sofa which turns into a queen sized bed if desired to have up to 6 people total in the guest house. Also has a kitchenette & fridge as well.

Property is at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet and safe residential area

Getting Around:
We always recommend a car in LA but you can also use Uber from here :)
