Detta hus med havsutsikt ligger i sanddynerna vid Monterey Bay med en fullstÀndig utsikt över Stilla havet pÄ ena sidan och Pajarodalen pÄ andra sidan. Det finns dÀck pÄ bÄda sidor om huset. En kort spÄr (ingen vÀg att korsa) leder till miles av sandstrand. Huset ligger inne i Pajaro Dunes gated community med 24-timmars sÀkerhet och gemensamma omrÄde promenader / cykelleder, tennisbanor, volleyboll och basketplan. Huset Àr fullt möblerat med ett komplett kök, sÀngklÀder och handdukar och alla de senaste brÀdspel som du kan njuta av framför vedspisen. Barnen kan leka utan att oroa sig för bilar i Pajaro Dunes Community (inga vÀgar finns mellan huset och stranden)

Husets lÀge ligger i centrum av Monterey Bay mellan Carmel / Monterey och Santa Cruz. San Francisco ligger 100 mil norrut; San Jose / Silicon Valley ligger mindre Àn en timme bort. Den nÀrmaste golfen ligger 5 minuter bort och de berömda banorna i Monterey Àr mindre Àn 30 minuter bort. Monterey akvarium och Santa Cruz Boardwalk ligger inom 1/2 timmars bilresa. This was our second stay at this property. The layout of the house is perfect for our family, it is very comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun week at the beach. We hope to stay there again next year.

Fantastic!

I think this house is the best deal in all of Pajaro Dunes! It was spotless, well appointed, and the bathrooms have been updated, which is really nice in an older beach home. The beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. And the best part is that it has views of the farms on one side and the ocean on the other. I can’t think the owners enough!

Family Weekend at the Beach

Perfect set up and location. Our group of 5 adults appreciated the open living area with great ocean view and easy access to the beach. The house has plenty of seating, beds are comfortable, and the deck is nice space to relax.

Lovely beach getaway!

We have stayed at Pajaro a few times in the smaller 1-2BR condos, but this time we were two families with 3 kids total. This was perfect for a slightly larger group and the easy access large porch(es), and views were amazing.

Spring break at the Beach House

It was our third visit to this property. It was perfection! The house is large enough to fit our group of six in comfort. The beds are soft. Every bedroom has a well equipped bathroom. The kitchen has all the tools you need to cook all of your meals. The kids rode bikes in the front. The teens played volleyball in the court. The beach was just steps away from the house. We had a GREAT time!

Our stay at Pajaro Dunes Resort was truly memorable. The beachfront location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Our rental home was spacious and well-appointed, comfortably accommodating our entire family. The floor plan, kitchen and decks made for a pleasant gathering space.

Awesome little beach house with room for everyone.

We took a family vacation to the beach and Monterey Bay Aquarium. The kids loved being so close to the beach and being able to see the ocean from the back patio. The outdoor shower was amazing after walking back and it’s warm water!

Beach Trip With Friends

Overall an awesome experience and a beautiful little house on the dunes! The railings on the stairs were wide enough for our kids to fit through so just a little heads up for parents with small children. Also, the bbq is charcoal so if you plan to grill, be sure to plan accordingly.
