Hisnande Oceanfront Condo Kauai Semesteruthyrning

PU'U POA 305 är en vacker lägenhet med två sovrum med fri utsikt över havet. Varje morgon kan du dricka ditt kaffe och äta frukost medan du tittar på surfarna som tar de ständigt föränderliga vågorna vid punkten vid St Regis Hotel. På många dagar på vintern och våren kan du watc






























h från däck valar stänk och delfiner hoppning. Solnedgångarna är alltid spektakulära med utsikt över Bali Hai i bakgrunden.
Dessa lägenheter är precis intill St. Regis Hotel och på gångavstånd till ett par trevliga avkopplande restauranger. Men köket och matplatsen är väldigt trevliga, och med en stor marknad bara en mil bort är middagar i alltid ett bra alternativ. En kort men brant promenad ner till den avskilda dolda stranden erbjuder en avskildhet och ren skönhet. Under somrarna är vattnet lugnt och snorkling är ganska bra. Hanalei och dess vackra stränder är en kort 10 minuters bilresa där shopping och äta i den perfekta strandstaden alltid är kul.
Dessa lägenheter ligger bara några minuter från den nyrenoverade Makai Golf Course med en fantastisk utsikt och bara två miles till Prince Course, en av de bästa banorna med havsutsikt i världen. Vi hoppas att vår lägenhet har allt som kommer att göra för ett bra besök i North End of Kauai

our Stay at Puu Poa 305
Condo was well equipped and had most things we needed for or 14 night stay. This was our 3 rd time we have stayed at Puu Poa and we were somewhat disappointed with the condition of 305.The condo is nicely decorated but in need of several repairs (light switches and receptacles, toilets etc.) as well as new pots and pans and glasses. Other than this we enjoyed our stay in 305. Thankyou Robert and Nancy for sharing your home with us Mahalo. R & K

Scenic Kauai
The views from the condo are beautiful! The unit was a great place to stay. First the positive: The kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals in. The extras that were provided were greatly appreciated and used (beach towels, chairs, cooler, pickleball equipment, etc.). The location was great to be able to walk to 1 Hotel, golf course, and Hideaway Pizza. The complex looked to be well maintained with beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed the pool area which was clean and also well maintained. Now a few items that could be approved upon: The pots and pans need to be replaced as they are very scratched and we were hesitant to cook with them. The place overall was comfortable but definitely needs a facelift. Some of the sliding doors are so old and corroded that they were hard to open and close. The carpet and furniture are worn and tired and some were a little musty smelling. Lack of an air conditioner was a challenge on the few very humid days we had during our stay. Checking in and out was seamless and one minor issue we had was taken care of immediately. Overall we enjoyed our visit and would probably book this unit again.

Dream views!
We enjoyed our stay here! It’s so relaxing with the expansive view of the ocean. The waves provide a soundtrack too your stay. The furnishings and pans are a bit dated but we didn’t mind given the proximity to the water and the outstanding location. We plan on staying here again!

Epic Vacation
This cozy condo is located next to some of the nicest beaches in Princeville. A monk seal swam in for a nap when we were swimming at Hideaway Beach. We snorkeled at Puu Poa Beach and saw many sea turtles and a variety of fish. From the deck we watched surfers in the morning and the sun setting in the evening. We look forward to returning.

We celebrated our grandson’s first birthday and made wonderful lifelong memories in Kauai. The location of this condo is ideal and the living space is very functional for a family. The sunsets from the patio are amazing! The kitchen is well equipped. The condo has been well loved and is showing its age. Some general updates are needed as well as repairs of patio tiles. The overall cleanliness if the condo upon arrival was poor.

Nancy and I have been coming to the north shore of Kauai since we were married 25 years ago. We have 5 children and 9 grandchildren. We have traveled to many wonderful places s but we feel no place has the scenic beauty and provides the laid back relaxation as the Princeville and Hanalei area. We love the ocean and this condo has everything that we were looking for, a spectacular view of the ocean and Bali Hai, close proximity to golf, and the world class beach in Hanalei. The condo is just minutes away from the Makai Golf Course with its beautiful 27 holes and a mere 10 minute drive to the Prince Course which is one of the finest ocean view courses in the world. But the clincher for us is the year round sunset views from our deck. Our hope is to spend more and more time at the condo but while we are gone we hope our guests enjoy the condo as much as we do.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our condo offers something for everyone. Starting with morning coffee looking out at the surfers riding the ever changing surf on the point. For the beach lovers one can climb down to the secluded beach below the condo and sunbath or go out snorkeling. In the winter the water is rough so caution is needed when going into the water. For the golfers a short 3 minute drive gets you to the newly renovated Makai 27 hole golf course with its many ocean view holes. or a mere 10 minute drive to the challenging and equally beautiful Price Course. If relaxation is in order one can arrange a massage on the beach or go up to the Prince Golf course for both fitness and a nice massage. The condo also has a guest only tennis course. Just 10 minutes down the hill is the famed Hanalei Bay with its unbelievable beach and beach shopping village. Our condo is less than one minute walk to the Princeville Hotel( soon to be a ST Regis) and having access to their restaurants and lounges allows a change of pace from enjoying a cook out on the deck. However the most relaxing part of the condo is just sitting on the deck waiting for the sunset, spotting whales and dolphins, watching the surfers tackle the waves of the Pacific.,
