Absolutely the best location in Princeville...can you say Paradise! Stunning Ocean views!

The condo is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings to help you relax as you take in the outrageous views and crashing surf below. This spacious condo includes a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any gourmet meal your interested in putting together and what a view to enjoy your meal, either inside at the ocean front dining room table or outside taking in the tropical trade winds and the big blue Pacific Ocean!

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with crisp linens and beautiful bed coverings. The unit offers a very spacious master bedroom on the main floor with an en suite bathroom, and the open loft that serves as a second bedroom also includes a private bathroom with shower. HDTV, high speed WiFi, and parking is included.

Enjoy Pali Ke Kua's secret beach via a private, paved path leading to a secluded sandy beach for a picnic, swim, snorkel, or sunbathing. Also, have a picnic at the BBQ area along the beach path. Enjoy your beach experience with with all the beach gear you will need. Four beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, 5 pairs of snorkeling gear, cooler, beach umbrella, and wagon to haul everything to the beach and back!

The layout of the condo supports groups of six nicely with a king size bed in the master, queen size in the loft and a couch with a pull out double in the living room with a pillow top mattress.

Located on the majestic North Shore of Kauai just a short walk to beautiful beaches, famous surf spots and world class golf. Minutes to Princeville Park & Shopping Center, Kenomene Outlook, Makai Golf Club, Town of Hanalei, wonderful hiking trails, Anini Beach and more! The ideal spot for couples, friends & family, you will love this home away from home in the heart of Kauai's North Shore!

On-site amenities includes Hideaway Pizza Pub, swimming pool, hot tub, and complimentary parking, and vast green lawn for recreation.

The apartment is as advertised. The photos give a good representation of the property, a beautiful, airy, clean and spacious second floor apartment with an amazing view (ocean, rainbows, sunsets). At times there was some noise from the construction next door but it was not a real issue. The host, Steve, was great to work with and answered all our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Kauai Rental Property

This was a great place for our family to stay. Well stocked kitchen, beach gear galore, great views and close to the best snorkeling on the north shore. We even saw whales directly from the dining room table while we were eating. Steve was an excellent resource and checked in with us during our stay to see if we had any questions or needed anything. Beautiful home away from home and loved everything about it. Thank you Steve!

The house was in a great location and had everything possible you could want a rental to have. Steve was incredibly easy to work, and we cannot recommend this place enough.

Quiet and stunning view

We loved our stay at Steve's property. It was exactly as the pictures showed, well stocked, extremely comfortable beds, easy to get to a few restaurants and grocery - and the view is gorgeous. Having beach chairs was a wonderful extra that we were grateful for. Steve was very easy to connect with when we had questions.

Beautiful views

We (two couples) had a wonderful time at this property! The ocean views are unbeatable and we saw humpback whales from the lanai several times. Communication with the property owner was always easy and very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

What a week!

The home was everything we expected. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax after long days hiking and enjoying the island. View was incredible and I enjoyed reading my book on the deck and watching the whales dance of the coast! Complex pool was really nice. Peaceful and quiet. Great to relax by at the end of the day. Steve was very good to work with and did everything he could to make our stay the best! Would most certainly return! Aloha!

WOW! This place is gorgeous!

This is as beautiful as described and more. If you are at the North shore, this is the place. We walked to the beach, to farmer's markets, to restaurants. From the balcony you can watch the ocean and the nene! Plus, Steve made the whole experience trouble free. Thanks for a fabulous holiday in paradise!

Amazing condo, view, and location!

Our family of 4 just had one of our best vacations at Steve’s condo in Princeville. Condo was roomy and very comfortable and the views from the lanai are unbelievable! We didn’t want to leave! Steve was very responsive and provided great recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc. Easy access to Hideaways, Hanalei, and awesome restaurants. Can’t wait to come back next summer!

Fit my family of 5 nicely

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Kauai. The condo was very clean and nicely stocked with kitchen necessities. The a/c units in each room were nice and the washer and dryer were very handy. Plenty of snorkeling masks and flippers and beach chairs for everyone. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had pop up. My husband and kids can be picky when it comes to beds and I heard no complaints from anyone. Would stay here again!

Kauai Northshore vacation

We loved the location's accessibility to amazing snorkeling off a close (walk to) beach and of course, to all Norh shore's outdoor activities! Plus Steve went out of his way to provide us with top quality directions, beach equipment, activity and restaurant information. He was accessible quickly through texts and phone calls when any questions arose. The accommodation was outstanding with absolutely zero complaints.. thank you and we hope in the future we can stay there again.

Pali Ke Kua great location

Super Place!! This is our 3rd visit to Pali Ke Kua and this condo is our favorite. You feel just a little exclusive at the end of the complex with views of the ocean. Thank you Steve for supplying all the beach toys and recommendations. We weren't hiking Na Pali Coast so we did the boat tour - fantastic. Spinner Dolphins, turtles and even a monk seal.

Great vacation spot - fabulous reviews are well-deserved!

This was really a top-notch experience with Vrbo. Steve the owner is on top of communication and responded to questions promptly throughout the process. The property is not only well-provisioned, but everything is clean, well-kept, and top notch. Spotless kitchen and kitchen outfitting, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms with plentiful linens, and all the beach requirements you could think of. The comfy lanai was a pleasure, but we also appreciated the air-conditioned bedrooms and living room. We set the in-room AC units at 75 degrees and were comfortable all day and night. We highly recommend this rental!

Great Stay / Everything as Advertised / Excellent Communication

Very well appointed and clean condo. Being on the 2nd floor affords fantastic views and the opportunity to enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the balcony or dining table. The grounds are well maintained even if the complex is showing its age a bit. Nevertheless the inside of the unit did not disappoint and was as advertised. Steve was an excellent communicator before, during and immediately after our stay and his detailed activities and restaurant write up (be sure to ask for it) was incredibly helpful for first time visitors to the island. Overall an excellent experience.

Comfy condo and beautiful location

Steve was a very communicative host from the time we made the reservation to checking in to make sure we were happy after we arrived. The condo was very well stocked in the kitchen, with beach gear, and furniture to make for a comfortable stay. Although there are 3 free standing air conditioners and overhead and floor fans in each room, the condo was over 90 degrees when we checked in and it took hours to cool the unit down to a habitable temperature. It was a challenge to keep the unit cool enough for our comfort level. But all and all it was a wonderful stay.

Rainbows and sunshine

A perfect vacation. We love the area and the condo was great! Easy checking in and out. Steve has it set up so you have a number of daily items at your fingertips. I would bring some spices if you plan to cook and whatever oils you may need, but Steve has plenty of cookware, knives, bowls, dishes, silverware and glassware. The condo is well equipped, not just in the kitchen but for the beach as well. The one thing I would say is every person should bring is set of hiking poles if you plan to hike. Other than that be thankful we have places like this left on the planet to visit. Thank you Steve for sharing!

Good view in Princeville

The condo had 2 beds and 2 sofabeds, enough to sleep 7. It was just enough so our 3 older kids could have their own bed. Everything was clean, other than some dead bugs in the corners of some rooms, which is to be expected on a tropical island. The view through the eat-in area was great. Steve was very quick to answer all of our questions prior to our stay so there were no surprises. There was a bunch of old snorkel gear so had to go through the equipment that actually worked as previous renters probably left their old stuff. At night the AC in the master bedroom was plenty cold, but not really strong enough in the other rooms to be cold, but comfortable. I would recommend this condo if staying in Princeville!

A Slice of Paradise!

We just returned from a fantastic week's stay at this gorgeous condo. It was very clean, and looked just like the pictures. Steve was a very gracious host and gave us a lot of recommendations ahead of time as to things to do, beaches to visit and restaurants to dine in. He even left us a very thoughtful welcome gift. The kitchen was so well set up, that we ended up eating most meals at the condo. We did have dinner at B's, had a couple of great pizzas at Hideaways and headed to Poipu one day to eat lunch the Grand Hyatt. We also went tubing down a mountain canal - it was so fun - highly recommend it, but reserve early! We had all the comforts of home (thank goodness for the portable air conditioning units, it did get a little toasty a couple of the days) and truly enjoyed our stay. Nights on the lanai were perfect and I got some of the most gorgeous sunset pictures. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve and his condo to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Princeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Steve.
