Come have fun in the sun or under the stars! “The Sandcastle ” at “The 4th Street Beach House”apartments is a newly remodeled one bedroom apartment. The Sandcastle is 4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk! Leave your car at the Sandcastle and walk everywhere. There is a queen bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. In the living room there is a smart TV along with wireless internet. The Sandcastle loves pets so bring them along! If we do not have your dates available try our upper apartment listing the Sand Bucket!

Great Dog-Friendly Spot at a Convenient Location

My fiancé and I recently came to town for a doctors appointment and were searching for a dog-friendly spot to crash with our two pups. The Sandcastle did not disappoint. Located in walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the beach, we really enjoyed our two night stay here. The outdoor patio area is really nice for sitting out in the sun for both humans and canine visitors. Our pups loved it. We stayed in the downstairs unit which is small but quaint and cozy with just enough room for our little family. Condo was clean and well furnished. Check-in was easy and convenient. Two things to mention: as some other reviews have indicated, there is a bit of upstairs noise from the condo upstairs. It was NOT enough to bother us or or dogs for the most part. Typical walking around noise but if you are one to have an issue with this be aware. Additionally, we only had one bag which was in the trash can and one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We made it work for the two nights but for longer stays you may need to check with the host about that or bring your own. Overall, 5/5 and we will definitely be back again!

Long weekend trip

We stayed just for long weekend, pictures representing exactly what we encountered. Had just what we needed, location to the beach was walkable, we recommend you bring a wagon to carry your gear. Would definitely rent here again.

Great Weekend Getaway

I stayed on the second floor of this property last year so I was already familiar with the area. Place is perfect for someone or a couple looking to go to Carolina Beach for a long weekend. Place is located in a safe neighborhood and is only about a ten minute walk from the beach. I will definitely stay here again!

Beach weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The place is pretty small but efficiency of the small space is very well done with nice decor and appliances. The only issue is that we stayed downstairs and could hear the people upstairs walking around (it sounded like they were marching) and could hear their conversations. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in area and we made use of the outdoor furniture. Thank you.
