• Bedroom 2 with Queen Bed and 30" foldable desk (in closet)
• Bedroom 3 with 2 Twin beds and 40" working desk
• High speed Wi-Fi
• Living Room with 55” 4K Smart TV
• In-unit Washer & Dryer
• Streaming service (Netflix, Disney+)
• Pack and Play Travel Crib.

* ABSOLUTELY NO parties of ANY KIND allowed (There are multiple noise sensors within the property. If strong noise levels are detected for too long, or elevated noise levels detected past 10pm, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the reservation and keep the security deposit. Police will be called if needed)
* No shoes inside the property.
* No tampering with outdoor cameras or indoor noise sensors
* No smoking of ANY KIND
* No burning anything inside or outside of the home, including candles/ incense.
* No loud noise or music past 10 pm
* Check-in is anytime after 5pm
* Check-out is anytime before 10am
* No Extra Overnight Guests (We have security cameras on the exterior of the property. If there are more guests than stated in your reservation that stay overnight, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
* No Mail or Packages Delivered here
* No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified)
* No Pre-Check in Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
* No Pets
* No Disrespecting/Disturbing neighbors
* No parking in front of neighbors properties
* There are only 4 parking spots - 2 in the garage and 2 on the driveway. If you need additional parking, please message the host
* Do not move any of the furniture or décor. Do not put coffee grounds or large food scraps in the sink. All food items should be scraped into the trash.
* Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the home during their stay (i.e. wiping up spills, taking out garbage/recycling in appropriate bins).
These rules allow us to continue sharing this lovely home for everyone to experience.

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood within 5 minutes walk to the San Jose Municipal Golf Course. Our home is conveniently located which has access to fit the needs of all travelers!

Our home has nearby access to the 101, 680 and 880 freeways. We are within 15 min. drive radius of San Jose Flea Market, San Jose Municipal Golf Course, Japantown, SJC Airport, Great Mall Milpitas, Levi's Stadium, Great America, Downtown San Jose, Children’s Discovery Museum, SAP Center, Happy Hollow Zoo, Raging Waters, Valley Fair/Santana Row Mall.
Our home is a 25 min. walk or 4 min. drive to the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) Berryessa station which can take you all across the Bay Area (San Francisco, the Peninsula, Oakland, Berkeley).
• Enjoy a relaxing day out golfing at the San Jose Municipal Golf Course.
• Spend a family day out to explore California’s Great America and Children’s Discovery Museum.
