This was an excellent property to stay with my family very convenient as three of the four bedrooms have their own bathroom very clean and very friendly owner we highly recommend this property for his location and space

The neighborhood was a little questionable, but the house itself was wonderful and it was nice to have the gated parking/driveway. The host was great and the house was perfect.

Good for families

The house is very comfortable and the amenities typical. Our entire stay was uncomplicated and things were easy to find. The house is close to a lot of places in San Jose and surrounding area.

Nice house

The house was perfect for a group of 6. Nice bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Living area was comfortable. Kitchen and dining area were very nice. Also the house was very clean. Did find used soap in the shower of the far bedroom which was yucky. The reason for the four stars was due to the parking situation. The pictures make it look like a lots of parking when there’s actually only two spots. The street parking is very very limited. We really enjoyed our stayed in this very nice house.

Wonderful hosts!

Linda and Kevin were very gracious with me especially during a hard time like quarantine. They were accessible, attentive and felt that they cared which is so important. Very clean, newly renovated wonderful stay!

Short but sweet

Booking went smooth, I didn’t get check in instructions until the day of but Linda was easy to contact and responsive. House was great super spacious we all had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen living room area nice and spacious easily accommodated our big group! House was very clean maybe too clean as the bleach smell was very prominent. Beds were super comfy and so were the pillows. Good parking inside the home we fell very secure with the gate. Location was awesome very close to downtown SJ, Alameda area, lots of good restaurants and food near by. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Family funeral in SJ

My family traveled to SJ for funeral services for my mother. This house allowed us to stay together and attend services. House was as advertised, spacious and clean. Great communication with host. Parking is also as listed, two cars and not much available on the street. We knew and accepted that. Overall great experience

Great Team House

This was a great place for the work team from out of town to stay during our local conference. There was ample space for hanging out and working, and also good sized rooms for privacy. Having 1 bathroom per person was great!

Very clean and fresh

My daughter said to say that every streaming service offered was signed in and easy to use and they could watch anything they wanted. The house was very clean and seemed newly renovated. Although we didn't use all the appliances, the ones we used all worked. I like that it had a security gate.

Lovely Comfortable House

Overall, it was a great home to stay in. The owner seems very nice & communicative. The renovations look really nice. I loved that the bathrooms had vanity light mirrors and I really liked all the different types of shower heads they added in the master bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware which was helpful for our stay. I knocked one star because it was not very clean which made my family slightly uncomfortable. Examples: There were old, used soaps left in two of the showers, there were water/toothpaste stains on the mirrors of two bathrooms, the window sills were dusty and the light fixtures over the kitchen island were very dusty. I recommend that the owner hire a professional cleaner next time. (And if someone professionally cleaned before our stay, you may want to hire a new cleaner.) Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in the house!

Very clean & updated home

The kitchen and 4 full bathrooms were updated, clean and vey nice! The living/dining/kitchen area was large and spotless. Communication with the host was excellent. The close proximity to San Jose Airport was great. I highly recommend this property.

Quiet and clean

The property is as described and everything is really nice and very clean. Linda was very quick with her replies to my messages. The neighborhood is good but not great...but San Jose and Santa Clara are just much quieter than I expected. But you can walk to a few nearby coffee places and there are grocery stores nearby. The house was clean and had a good supply of amenities. The shared laundry room is in the house, so it feels a bit like the back house tenant could come in to where you're staying, but Linda asks that he not use the laundry room when guests are there. I think it could be made better with a different lock and sign. Otherwise everything was very nice.

Great Stay - Great individual accommodations

The interior amenities and accommodations were fantastic, huge kitchen with equally large island, open design. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms allowed for privacy for each party member, we loved that - who doesn't want their own bathroom! Very clean, parking is limited if you have more than 2 cars. Street parking is non-existent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it was a great trip. We would definitely stay again.
