Escape to our tropical paradise on Lake Davenport. This spacious 3BR/2BA, 1,700+ sq ft. (157+ m2) penthouse condo (top floor, 3rd floor walk-up) has everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. It can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably and is ideal for large families. Enjoy the stunning views of the lake and beach from your 2 private screened-in balconies.

Our condo is located in the Four Corners neighborhood in Davenport, Florida. You’ll be close to Disney World, Legoland, Peppa Pig, Sea World, Universal Studios and other amazing attractions in the Orlando area.

When you’re not exploring the theme parks, you can take advantage of the many FREE guest amenities at our family friendly resort. Swim in one of the 4 heated pools, soak in one of the 6 hot tubs, stroll along the walking trails, play sand volleyball, tennis, pickleball, basketball, ping-pong, pool, corn toss, tether ball, shuffleboard or fish from the dock (FL fishing license required). Plan a picnic using one of the resort's charcoal or gas grills. There’s also a kids playground, a kids splash pad and a poolside spa and sauna for your enjoyment. AND NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES!

Enjoy the conveniently located, moderately priced, on-site restaurant and the day spa.

Our condo is smoke-free and pet-free. No parties without prior approval.

Starter pack of coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and garbage bags are provided for kitchen use.

Starter pack of laundry pods are provided for laundry needs.

Starter pack of bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and facial tissues are provided In each bathroom.

We had an awesome experience. The unit was very clean and had a fun beachy vibe. Kitchen was well stocked and the patio had a killer view of the lake and pool. Nice bathrooms but towels were thin and small. Beds were very comfy. Conveniently located near TradeWinds but very quiet when we were there. Debbie was extremely responsive and quick to reply to our concerns or questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Apartment is brilliant. Spent a very happy week here - shame one of.the pools was out of action, but the other pool was great - apartment has everything you want. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved it. Brilliant.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The place was awesome and spotless. Everyone had a blast and comfortable. We loved the big bath tubs, pool, splash pad, hot tubs, fishing, and the restaurant by the pool. The food was delicious, and the staff was super nice and helpful. They even gave us great tips on where to watch the fireworks with the kids.

Volleyball/family vacation

Property was very nice staff were very helpful and courteous, the condo was very nice, i think my wife was in love with the master bath/shower. All together it was a great stay we would definitely book here again if we visit Orlando again.

Loved this condo! So cute, clean and spacious. It was really convenient being near Disney and the complex was nice and quiet. Bonus points for the awesome pools and beach bar! Will definitely be coming back. Side note, the owner Debbie was very kind and super accommodating!

What an absolutely wonderful experience! I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The photos actually don’t do it justice! It’s open and airy, and the color palette is quite calming. The space is amazingly clean and well kept. I could easily make this my go-to vacation rental! And Debbie was so attentive, I felt as if I’d made a new friend. Just all around wonderful!

Great stay

Everything was as advertised! Very beautiful property! As mentioned in the posting, make sure you take extra toiletries as you will only get the starter kit. We left behind a washer of and dryer sheet for the next group. The staff was excellent! Would highly recommend this place!

Spring Fling

We come to Bahama Bay for a relaxing getaway and once again we were not disappointed! This was a return visit to this unit which is so spacious and accommodating. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Very clean and well maintained. We love it here!

Perfect

We couldn't have been more pleased with this unit. It was very clean. The owner seems to right on top of the maintenance. It was spacious and well appointed. There were many thoughtful items such as a high chair and a pack-n-play for the little ones, pool toys and plenty of chargers for your devices. It was also close to the Disney attractions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Hurricane Milton

The property was great. It is a nice complex. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because of the hurricane. We chose to evacuate. The owner was in contact with us the entire time of our stay. She called a couple of times to update us with the information she had concerning the hurricane and the intentions of the complex during this time. We decided to leave and not take a chance. Debbie worked with us and refunded some of our money. Much appreciated. If we ever need a place to stay in the area, we will definitely contact her again.

Dream Condo

Absolutely wonderful family condo so close to all Disney has to offer. Condo had everything you could possibly think of so no need to worry if you forgot something. We give it a 10 out of 10!!! This has become our go to place to stay while visiting Disney.

Generously spacious apartment, great pool, kids enjoyed table tennis on the sand, good location for different Disney parks (about 30 min drive). Really helpful to have pool towels supplied in apartment . Enjoyable stay and highly recommend.

Home away from home

I don’t know if it was timing but this was a quiet relaxed resort. Great for my family and I. We loved it. Plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Loved the covered patio, keeps the insects out so you can go out and enjoy the morning air. We were at the very top corner. No disturbances. Do keep in mind this unit is on the third floor so you’ll have to carry everything up and down. And long days out at the park that can be that little extra to take you out, but we were fine. We couldn’t figure out the microwave. We had no idea how it worked but we didn’t call and ask anyone about it either we just worked around it just heating foods on the stove. Definitely bring your own salt and pepper and small trash bags. Seasonings, etc. foil. I definitely recommend this stay, we all loved it. Clean. They have all the home essentials. We did bring our own stroller but they do have one on hand just in case you forget yours! Close to Disney. A little bit of a drive to Universal studios. The most we did with traffic was 40 mins.Two bathrooms, great for out big group of 8..

What a great relaxing and wonderful vacation!

Already arriving at the resort, we felt warmly welcome and the check-in process was fast and easy. Entering the condo we were overwehlemed with an impression which exceeded all our expectations. Very stylish interiour, lovely arranged decoration and functional and cosy furniture. The beds are great and of high quality, the overall space in the condo is great and the appliances in the kitchen are modern and easy to use. The condo was very clean - seldom seen that before! Outside, the common pool area is spacious and the sandy beach gives you a little sea-side feeling. All very clean and the staff is friendly and working hard to make the people happy. We had such a great stay and would recommend it to everyone. Thanks for making our vacation easy and relaxing! Checking out was like : "You're set, come back soon!" GREAT!
