Great spot for Disney getaway

Cozy little 3 bedroom condo, very clean, excellent host communication, nice pool and amenities onsite. Was perfect for our needs for a family trip to Disney - way better than staying in multiple hotel rooms.

Great Stay With Family!

We stayed for 2 and a half weeks and we’re very happy with the condo. Had everything we needed, and Oakwater is small, which means the pool is super quiet. Great location too!

This property was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was very convenient being within a short drive to the ESPN Wide World of Sports and the Disney amusement parks. We would definitely stay here again. Check in was easy and property management was easy to work with and getting back to me when I had any questions.

Close to EVERYTHING

The condo was less than 15 minute ride to ANY Orlando attraction and next door to a Walmart for any necessities. The gated community provided additional security. Pool was clean and big enough for residents and guests. There was not a grill available from our host, so onsite cooking was inside only. The unit needed some updates and repairs, but was adequate and comfortable for our needs.

Great condo close to Disney

Ive stayed in numerous condos on the 192 corridor, and this was right up there with the best of them. The check in was super easy with the info provided by management. The complex feels secure and very quiet. We only used some bowls and a few utensils, but the kitchen appear adequate for cooking. The condo was larger than I expected, and the master suite was really roomy with a large bathroom. The condo pretty much as close as you can reasonably stay without being on property. We were at AK parking gate in less than 10 mins. Having Walmart close by was a plus, and ypu dont have to get out in traffic to get to it. I would stay there again.

Updating needed.

The property and people were very friendly. Location was close to attractions and shopping. The pool was large and the hot tub was good. Now for the not so good. When we entered the condo and turned the lights on we had hundreds of small flies buzzing around the lights. The carpet was stained and the furniture was worn and tearing in spots. The hallway bathroom toilet was leaking, the seal needs to be replaced. The refrigerator door wouldn’t close properly once things were on the rack inside the door. We had to push the door shut and hold it until it sealed. I text the property owner when we arrived like they asked. In the text I asked them to give me a call but they never responded. With some updating and repairs the unit could be much better and go for a higher rental price. Until this is done there are so many other properties to choose from in this price range.

Everything was fine. Close to parks. Only complaint was family that checked in above us about middle of our stay. The kids did nothing but run from one end of their room to other.

Nice location and quiet

Family of four here with two older teens. Property was as described online and easily accessible. Property is very close to the Disney World parks and was very welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and would reserve it again in the future if the opportunity comes up.

Clean and very convenient place with cloing access to Disney World and attractions around the area.

We are family of six visiting Orlando area for 3 nights stopping for Disney World and nearby attractions. The condo is very clean, enough sleeping spaces for our family, and the amenities are very guests (kids) friendly specially after long days rushing in the Disney parks . We only cooked one night but there was great experiences with the provided cook wares and stuffs. Great place, and we will definitely be back for our next vacation in the Orlando area. Who area was very good with a heated pool and great hot tub

Everything was very good in this three bedroom condo although the carpet is worn and stained. Everything was however clean and neat and we had all the bedding towels and dishes that we needed

The neighborhood was really nice. The convenience to Disney was terrific.

I called everyday, sent a text and still got no answer to take care of the needed repairs. The Nemo room had a TV that never worked, the lamp in the livingroom did not work, the remote for the livingroom was not helpful and there were a few other lesser items that needed attention. I was disappointed and will look for other rentals when I come back.

Great condo and close to Disney

This was a great condo and we were very impressed with both our initial walk in impression to the time we walked away. My only request for future would be to install a separate dead bolt lock for at night.

PERFECT!

This was our home away from home during our recent Disney trip. It was awesome! Very clean, nicely decorated, but most of all-quiet and convenient! Very close to Disney! If the traffic is not tied up, you can easily get to the gates of Disney in 5-7 minutes. Perfect to come back to in the middle of a hot summer day. Then go back to the parks in the cooler evening time. The pool and play area are wonderful. It really was a great place to stay. Looking forward to going back. And Anthony was great to work with! Very quick to respond to emails!

Excellent apartment, very clean and quiet location.

Rooms are very clean, area is quiet and always quiet at the pool. I would recommend staying here - we have been back to this apartment twice now! Great for getting to the theme parks and close to restaurants.
