The place was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful & amazing. I would for sure stay there again & highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a great view.

Great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable and lots of space. caught fish right off the back deck! Will definitely stay here again.

Great place!

We found this place and location to be more than what we expected. It was cozy and had a great spot on the ocean. The neighborhood which it is located was clean, quiet and very nice.

Amazing!

Beautiful property with very nice neighbors. Sun rises were absolutely gorgeous. The house is set up very nicely and was very clean. Can't wait to book again!

Perfect

This home was perfect for our small family. The fishing was great and I think we spent more time doing that than anything else during our trip. The sunrise was stunning every morning and the location was in good proximity to anything you could need. The Venture out resort had so much to offer and the pool was great. We didn’t have nearly enough time to do everything we wanted but we already planning a longer stay for next year!

Great location

Home had wonderful views off the back porch, close to key west with out all the traffic. Pool and hot tub in park is nice. Fishing poles would be a nice addition. They did have bikes and kayaks but we didnt use them. It was a little windy when we went. We would stay here again

Beautiful View

This property had a beautiful view of the canal and Summerland Key. The neighbors were wonderful to talk to and the house was clean and comfy. For us Northerners, it was hard to only be able to keep the A/C at 70, but we do understand. Maybe have a few floor fans to help keep us cool, ceiling fans only do so much. Thank you for a wonderful time in the keys.

The ocean view was perfect, and the rental unit was very clean. There were plenty of linens and other essentials provided, which made our stay comfortable.One suggestion would be to provide a Keurig coffee maker as an alternative to the drip coffee pot.The only significant issue with the unit was that guests were not allowed to adjust the thermostat. Even with the blinds and curtains closed, the rental stayed quite warm. If we had been able to control the temperature, we could have enjoyed the beautiful ocean views throughout the day instead of only during the early morning or late evening hours.Unfortunately, the Venture Out personnel were not very friendly or helpful. The check-in process at the resort was especially frustrating and disorganized.For future renters, I would recommend this unit because of its cleanliness, amenities, and outstanding view. However, I would also suggest researching the resort itself more thoroughly before booking.

Should be no housekeeping charge

Pool was closed. Wasnt told when booked. Was given a discount. But the point was to have a pool. You charge a cleaning fee but then require us to do the dishes and do the laundry if towel use is excessive. Never stayed a place that required you to clean. Vacuum was horrible. A broom is needed.

melissa, The pool being closed in Nov was an unforeseen issue since the park usually closes it in Sept. for yearly maint. We defiantly did not want you to feel you had to clean the unit..we ask that you start a load of towels upon your departure and if you use every linen in the entire unit then you could possibly be charged an excessive laundry fee. The issue with the vacuum will be forwarded to the owner. Hope to see you again in the future. Waterfront Keys Realty

The front room of the house smelled like cat pee and mold

The front of the house the front room must have had cats or dogs in it and they pee’d in the room and the smell is unbearable, we had to avoid that room at all coasts . I recommend getting that smell out for the next guests it was not what I expected for 1,400$+ . Very unsatisfactory

If you’re looking to fish or watch beautiful sunsets, this property is it!! My son and husband caught everything from barracuda to sharks to mangrove snapper and king crab right off the dock. We had a wonderful stay and will likely rent again.

Great location with ocean and sunrise view! Unit was clean and well supplied. We did not receive check in/arrival instructions like we normally do but the folks at the gate ended up having all the information we needed to get in the unit. Sleeping arrangements worked well for our family with 3 adults and 3 kids with the kids using a recliner and an air mattress. The front room with futon was not useable as that room is not air conditioned. We were able to rent a golf cart and enjoy the amenities and had an overall amazing vacation! We will definitely be back!
