Venice Canals Beach Home with a Heated Pool

We built our Beach House on the grounds of the Bungalow I owned when I met Janelle (you will find the photo album of the little Bungalow on the bookshelf). When we married in 2003, we needed more room to start our family; and although we were recently pregnant and restructuring a business at the time, we jumped in & it was (mostly) a labor of love. We moved just in time for Braeden's first birthday, and we welcomed Emme about a year later. After we recovered from early childhood, we kicked things into gear and starting making memories.

Birthday parties with magicians, singers and puppets, holiday parties with family & friends, music jams with hometown talent - all contributed to the joy of growing up and living near the Canals and Marina beaches. Warm days & ocean breeze nights with fragrant flowers, shiny succulents, fire pit conversations and lots of music with friends - that was constant rhythm playing as our kids grew up and we celebrated our beach community.

We love to travel, attend music festivals and live theater, family scuba & skiing trips, and finding great restaurants, with old friends and new. The kids are away in school, so we wanted to open our home to California visitors seeking a cozy abode, with all the comforts of home, a private pool, outdoor fire place and pits, and an open air garden setting - all to themselves.

Our Beach House has served us well since we built it, filled with echos of laughter and singing, puppies and bunnies, holiday excitement and quiet evenings staring up at Venice night skies - Orion's Belt and Venus pass overhead during most months. We know you will enjoy it and we are here to help make your trip amazing.
