Ligger en kort 20 eller sÄ hus frÄn sanden. Detta hus Àr fullt möblerat, med allt extra! Vi kan enkelt sova 8 eller mer i detta rymliga hem pÄ flera nivÄer. Det finns 3 stora badrum med totalt 5 handfat, rymliga duschar och ett jacuzzi-badkar i master-sviten!

Det finns mÄnga balkonger och stora dÀck för din njutning och en gasgrill pÄ dÀck. Köket Àr fullt utrustat med massor av disk, redskap etc. SÀngklÀder tillhandahÄlls och det finns ett stort tvÀttstuga med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns flera TV-apparater, DVD-skivor, trÄdlöst internet osv ... alla bekvÀmligheter i hemmet med allt du behöver för en fantastisk semester !!

TrÀdgÄrden erbjuder ytterligare ett utrymme med ytterligare grill och en jacuzzi pÄ 10 personer i marken! Den bakre porten öppnar till en semi-privat "vind-vÀg" som leder till havet - ta en kopp kaffe och promenera till sanden för en morgonpromenad ...

Den första vÄningen ger ett mer privat utrymme med ett annat vardagsrum med öppen spis, pentry, sovrum med dubbelsÀng och stort badkar med badkar / dusch ... perfekt set-up !!

Platsen Àr fantastisk !! Ligger mellan Malibu och Santa Barbara, nÀra Ventura och Kanalöarnas hamn. SÄ mycket att göra - eller inte göra nÄgonting alls. Rena, mjuka sandstrÀnder vÀntar pÄ dig!

We stayed for three nights and had a great time. The house is just a short walk to the beach and our pups loved the backyard. Our host Kristy was also super accommodating and communication was great.

Awesome house and great location

We stayed here for a family reunion and it was such a great location. Three minute walk to the beach and so many great places nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner or live music. Hosts were great communicators and made it so easy to access the house and always answered any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here.

Peefect Family Home

This home is very roomy & comfortable. Close to the beach & with several balconies to enjoy the ocean breeze. Host communication was great & check in a breeze. The host provides beach toys which was a plus because we had 4 children in our group. I liked there weren't a lot of must do's upon checking out & the rules of stay were just basic common courtesys. We will be booking again. We made some great memories here

Very nice beach home

Beautiful home that was a 10 minute walk to beach. Even our toddlers walked it fine. We loved the separate floors with a small living area downstairs that had a little kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and utility area that was perfect for our kids and grandkids with a new baby. Owner was great and let us k ow all the info we needed about the property up front. Well stocked home too!

This home is in a great location. It has plenty of amenities and space and the owners are very kind and responsive. But under the surface, it needs a serious deep cleaning!

Wonderful Weekend with Friends

Beautiful property with a very communicative host. Check-in process was smooth, and all instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The house provided ample space for all of us to spread out or gather together. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we have a girls trip.

Gorgeous stay on Oxnard Shores

Ample room for 8 individuals; excellent kitchen supplies for preparing our own meals. Lots of linens & blankets. We didn't use any of the facilities like barbecue or jacuzzi or the fire place, but we enjoyed sitting on one of the balconies (it was too windy to sit on the roof deck). The walk to the beach is very pleasant and doable (our age group was 87 - 53). Looking forward to the next time!!

House for the Whole Family!

The house was very good space. It accommodated the 8 of us; 3 couples and 2 children, with sufficient beds, bathrooms and seating. Also the proximity to the beach was great! The neighborhood back walkway is perfect for a morning stroll among beautiful botanicals! Kristy was a very responsive owner.

Perfect beach getaway!

We loved our visit. Kristy was the perfect host! The home is beautiful, well stocked and comfortable. The hot tub was a hit with our family. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had a great week. We would definitely stay here again!

We bought this tri-level beach house in 1996 and we LOVED living in it while our 3 children were very young. We moved just 3 miles away to be close to schools, etc., but never wanted to be far from the beach!! We recently began offering this home as a vacation rental and we will do everything possible to be sure you have an AMAZING vacation in our 'home away from home'!!
