Hello Friend — and welcome to Coming Up MelRoses! This is one of those homes that just feels good. You're literally 50 feet from the beach, the roof deck has water views in every direction, and there's space for the whole crew (dogs included!). Families love it here — morning beach walks, afternoons at the harbor, sunset dinners on the deck. It’s like Malibu or Santa Barbara… just way more laid-back (and way less expensive). Come relax, play, and make some memories.

"The view from the terrace is absolutely incredible, especially at Sunset. Time just flew by as we sat down on the comfortable outdoor couch on the terrace and saw the boats and yachts sail by! We had a total of 8 people, and everyone was very comfortable here. The location is another huge plus. The beach is right across the street, which made it easy for us to walk down to the beach for a swim, come back to eat, and go back to watch the sunset on the sand. Ventura Beach neighborhoods - Silver Strand, Hollywood Beach and Pierpont Beach - have uncrowded beaches, two marinas (Channel Island and Ventura) that have boat rentals, whale watching tours, jet ski rentals, gondola rides and are sprinkled with cool local cafes, yoghurt shops and lively sports bars. Why stay in Malibu or Santa Barbara when you can stay in gorgeous house for 1/3 the price? Oh, and bring your pup too!
