We were astonished by the beauty of this stunning, French bastide. Decorated with a lot of taste and all utilities were present. Very well located on a walking distance of the picturesque village of la Garde-Freinet. We really enjoyed our stay..

Lovely Villa in Provence

The location to village was perfect for all you need from restaurants, supermarket and market. Also close to St Tropez and nearby towns wineries. House is very well equipped. Nice villa set amongst beautiful gardens. The pool and pool area is magnificent. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious, and comfortable home. It is an excellent choice for families, especially two families traveling together.The house offers fantastic indoor and outdoor living spaces. The kitchen and living room are perfect for spending time together, while the terrace becomes pleasantly shaded from around 2:00 PM, making it an ideal place to relax.The pool area is outstanding, featuring a large swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, and a lovely seating area. The property itself is very spacious and provides an excellent level of privacy.The location is another major advantage. The village, with all essential shops and services, is only a 3-minute walk away. Many beautiful beaches are within a 25–35 minute drive, Saint-Tropez is about 35–40 minutes away, and Cannes can be reached in around an hour.One important note: the house does not have air conditioning. Thanks to its thick traditional walls, it stays pleasantly cool even in summer. However, guests who expect very low indoor temperatures during hot weather may prefer a property with air conditioning.If that is not an issue, this is a fantastic home in a great location. We highly recommend it.

We are aware that you and your family did struggle somewhat with the high temperatures this year and despite our upgraded fans, we do take on board your thoughts about the lack of air-conditioning in the bedrooms in particular. we have owned this property for eighteen years and are currently considering very carefully whether we can install this at first floor level.
