Summary:
Located in a very convenient area in North Vancouver, this 2 bedroom with full bathroom spacious Suite has all the amenities that you are going to need to enjoy your vacation or business trip with style and coziness.

The Space:
The two bed rooms come with 1 queen size bed in the each room, a double sofa bed is available in the living room which can be used as additional bedding and can sleep 2 people.

Ideally will be great for small groups of friend and family. One private parking and private access from back of the property

Guest Access:
Guests have access to a fully private suite and nothing is shared with anyone else in the house or any guest.

Information to access your suite will be sent once the booking is confirmed.

The Neighborhood:
You are centrally located in North Vancouver in a very quiet neighborhood. Most attraction in North Vancouver are no more than 10 minutes away: 11 minutes to Lonsdale Quay Market, 5 minutes from Lynn Valley, 8 minutes from Grouse Mountain, and 5 minutes from the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Lions Gate bridge is 1 minute away.

If you want to shop, Capilano Mall is 5 minutes away.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft and Taxi is available
Bus to downtown is a 6 min walk to the bus station and then 26 minutes to the city.

Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.

1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

Note:
- You have your own personal washer and dryer.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all your cooking and baking needs.
- High Speed Internet is included.
- 24/7 support.
- There are security cameras on the exterior of the house for everyone's safety.

1. Early Check-In:

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.

2. Late Check-Out:

Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:

We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM

The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.

We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.

Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.

Not great - feeling ripped off

The instructions about where to park and how to access the space were not clear at all. We figured it out on our own but it felt awkward, it felt like we were breaking and entering. The stairs were physically challenging to go up and down with suitcases. My son fell once (luckily was not hurt) The space was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was dirt and debris everywhere, spider webs in the corners of the rooms etc. The sink was dirty and the frying pan was put away dirty as well so I had to clean that before I could use it. The shower curtain was hanging off and there was dirt in the bottom of the tub. There was also long dark hair stuck to everything and all over the floors and bedding. When I put my bathroom things under the sink I found an old container of fruit from Nov 2022. The space felt cold and wet. It was dirty and smelt of a slight mold or mildew - not surprising because the laundry isn’t vented properly and so it steams the whole space up to dry even a small load of laundry. The couch was uncomfortable - the pillows were neck breaking and over all it was just not great for me. My hope for this review is that the owners will do a better job of making the space more clean and comfortable for the next occupants . I feel like I was ripped off for what I paid - especially the cleaning fee (because it was clearly not cleaned)

Very Pleasant Stay

This rental was perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and a great location. It was close to Lions Gate Hospital where our Dad was having surgery, close to good restaurants, a park to walk to with my neice, and we even got an afternoon at a nearby beach.

Clean, comfortable, and location

This rental had the clearest self check in I have ever experienced. Very happy with it! Apartment was immaculate, and well stocked for all our needs. Also loved that is a 10 minute drive to downtown Vancouver. We were outside the busy downtown traffic but also had quick access as desired. Highly recommend and we would be happy to return.
